▶ HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

▶ FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

▶ TRASH DISPOSAL: Please trash in the bench next to the garage every nigh, it will be collected every morning.

This Rental Agreement is for the exclusive use of the Unit by Guest and his family, and the Unit may not be sublet or assigned to any third party without the express written approval of Sweet Investment Fl, Vacation homes. This Agreement is governed by and is enforceable under the laws of the State of Florida and for any action, venue is proper in the courts of Osceola County, Florida.

Great property.

Very nice home, with good wi-fi. It had very comfortable beds, which is always wonderful to find when traveling. The home is fairly well equipped, but lacked kitchen towels. I would recommend this home, and would stay in it again.

Winter 3 months stay

The place was perfectly suited for us as there was no extra resort fees and yet had access to heated outdoor pool/jacuzzi and exercise room facilities. There was no access to the water park or the onsite golf facilities as a trade off to the resort fee savings. There were however public golf courses and driving ranges nearby. The unit was bright, quiet, and clean with everything working as expected. Our host was very responsive to our minor needs over the three months which added to the pleasantness of our stay. The resort grounds are beautiful and feels very safe. We will definitely stay here again.
