Charming Mexico-inspired Casita located at a Waterfront Resort

Ko-Ket Resort's Coquetta Casita is a charming, Mexico inspired two bedroom house located along the Sacramento River. Saltillo tile floors adorn the living room while the bedroom floors pop with a black & white Talavera tile floor and colorful decor accents. The main living room has plenty of space for entertaining and outdoors is a table and chairs with umbrella. The kitchen of this house is actually built into an old 1973 Road Ranger RV, as this house was built around that RV years ago before it was carefully renovated. The front hitch of that RV still sticks our the front wall! A quick walk will bring you to Ko-Ket's Island Bar & Grill and accompanying beach.

The property is conveniently located nearby Lodi and Delta wineries and the quaint riverfront towns of Walnut Grove, Locke, Isleton and Clarksburg. These towns have a rich history in California's gold rush and agriculture, as well as being the center of the California's Delta recreation which is famous for fishing, Waterskiing, Wakeboarding, Kayaking, Paddleboarding, or just spending the day boating on thousands of miles of waterways.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire Casita Vacation Rental with grassy area out front. Walking distance from Ko-Ket's Island Bar and Grill. Boat docking available. Activities include our Private Beach, Horseshoes and Cornhole. Paddleboard rentals onsite. Great stretch of calm water for floats. Outside there is a table and chairs with an umbrella.

PARKING:
Parking for 2 vehicles or trailers. Additional vehicles incur $20 Car Pass fee per.

RESTAURANT:
Our on-site Island Bar & Grill is open Thu - Fri 11am - 9pm, Sat - Sun 8am - 9pm. We often host Live Music or events on weekends or Holidays.

PET POLICY:
One pet is allowed per rental for a flat fee of $25.

Dogs must have current vaccinations and licenses. Pets must be leashed or tied-up when outside, with tie no longer than 10 ft. and unable to reach the gravel street or another camp site. Dogs are not allowed on docks, inside any building or on the beach when children are present.

Please do not leave dogs unattended at any time. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in shower stalls.

Loose, unattended and/or excessively barking dogs are grounds for eviction.

Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of properly. Anyone caught or reported as not doing so, will be charged a $20 clean-up fee. You will find pet waste bags in dispensers throughout the park.

Aggressive animals are prohibited. Management may request photos of your animal(s) prior to accepting a reservation.

Due to our insurance restrictions, we cannot allow certain breeds (or mixed breeds) on our grounds at Ko-Ket Resort.

Trained and Certified Service Dogs are the ONLY exception, with a signed liability waiver. Please know you may be asked to leave if you bring an aggressive and/or restricted breed dog listed above.
