We had a wonderful relaxing three nights here. Gina, the host, was very accommodating. A very beautiful setting on the river. We will definitely come back here.

Getting in with a boat on a trailer was tricky. But once we unloaded and launched it was great. Private dock was a . AC kicked butt. Clean and plenty of towels. Really enjoyed our stay. Kids enjoyed fishing from front and back docks.

We enjoyed our third visit to your home on the river. We had a very comfortable visit, enjoying the fishing , the comfortable furnishings, and our beds were very soft and comfy. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans , soap , towels , dishwasher, coffee pot, microwave, and a proper size refrigerator as well as the bathrooms were will stocked with towels and clean . It’s a quiet place to go to have family fun or just to relax and enjoy the river .

The moment we walked into the house and had the beautiful view of the backyard dock and river . We enjoyed our time fishing , and when it rained we had family time playing games , and watching movies together.

I am so sorry you were disappointed with the photos. Some are guests of their stay. We do not provide a kayak in the amenities. We do provide where to rent boats, jet skis, kayaks and paddle boards. Most of the Islanders are very friendly and try to make the guest feel welcomed. I apologize if you felt they were intrusive. Absolutely lovely home situated on a small island in the Sacramento River. Beautiful views of the river, 2 different docks to fish or boat from, fully equipped kitchen.

My family had a great stay at this property. We are boaters and it was great to have a dock to come and go on the boat as you please. This house is a great location on the river. Gina was very responsive and helpful. I would recomend this property.

This was the perfect property for a family getaway. Boating was made super easy with the private dock. The kitchen was well stocked which made meals a breeze. Kids were able to entertain themselves in the yard. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

The location is beautiful for exploring the Sacramento river. The house is older, however we enjoyed our stay and loved the river views.

Delta summer trip

We had a great stay boating and going out to eat on the River. Very convenient for boating and the House was great. Back yard grass needed to be cut, but otherwise a wonderful time and we will be back next summer.

This waterfront property is so lovely. The home was tidy and clean with ample space for gathering. the spiral staircase was a bit odd, although I was able to climb up and down, some of our group was unable to access the second floor bedroom -- but there were ample sleeping spaces downstairs -- between the two bedrooms downstairs and the couches. This home is easily a five-star property.

Great place on the Delta

We stay here every summer. The location is perfect for bringing our boat. Love that it is dog friendly too. Always a great time, can’t wait to come back!!

Great location and amenities

This was a beautiful property with a private waterfront yard & personal dock. We loved everything about it and hope to return during striper fishing season.
