Located on an Island in the California Delta VERY CLOSE TO THE GRAND ISLAND MANSION, and Lodi Vineyards. This vacation home has so much charm you will need to come back, again and again, to take it all in. Two (2) private boat docks, nice size yard with deck and lawn, master suite with sofa, game table, balcony, 85inch flat screen TV for movie night. Two (2) bedrooms downstairs with seating areas. Jetted tub in bathroom, fireplace in the bedroom, wood-burning stove in the family room, washer and dryer, sheets, towels, Central heat and air, Out door dining table for 6, 2 lounge chairs and fire pit.

My family had a great stay at this property. We are boaters and it was great to have a dock to come and go on the boat as you please. This house is a great location on the river. Gina was very responsive and helpful. I would recomend this property.

This waterfront property is so lovely. The home was tidy and clean with ample space for gathering. the spiral staircase was a bit odd, although I was able to climb up and down, some of our group was unable to access the second floor bedroom -- but there were ample sleeping spaces downstairs -- between the two bedrooms downstairs and the couches. This home is easily a five-star property.

This was the perfect property for a family getaway. Boating was made super easy with the private dock. The kitchen was well stocked which made meals a breeze. Kids were able to entertain themselves in the yard. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Delta summer trip

We had a great stay boating and going out to eat on the River. Very convenient for boating and the House was great. Back yard grass needed to be cut, but otherwise a wonderful time and we will be back next summer.

The location is beautiful for exploring the Sacramento river. The house is older, however we enjoyed our stay and loved the river views.

Absolutely amazing. We have stayed many place but this is one we will be going back again and again. Talk about a stress reduction…this is the place. Very well stocked with ever you may need. The kitchen is perfect. Heck the whole house is amazing. Watching the boaters was a treat.

The location of the house was great, loved being by the water! We understand it is a older home, but there are a few things that could be redone like the patio in the back and the bathroom downstairs needs new flooring. We were only there 4 nights and I did fill the dishwasher but there was no soap to wash with. If we had stayed longer I would have been happy to buy some. Thanks, Suzan

2nd time we stayed here. Great house and location. The dock outside the door is a huge draw. Unfortunately, the tides weren't in our favor and could not get the boat in or out for the majority of the day (11a - 4p) for 5 days due to low tide. Boat sat in the mud at the dock for hours.

Very nice open format that lets you enjoy the beautiful river view. Only complaints are that there were no directions for the stove which was new and we had never used this kind before and the dvd player was not hooked up and ready to use. It is a very good & private location which led to a very good relaxing time.
