We invite you to come stay at your next home away from home! No amenity is overlooked at this lakefront retreat. There is something to do for everyone: Take a trip into the quaint, charming town of Littleton (where there is an awesome coffee shop and currently has a brewery being built!), bring your own or rent a boat to enjoy all the water sports or just cruising along the idyllic shoreline, enjoy yard games or get out on the water in our brand new kayaks, visit one of the local wineries, catch a round of golf at the neighborhood course, sit on the porch with your morning (or evening if you are like me!) coffee and just catch your breath. No matter whether you want relaxation or long days playing in the water, this is your spot! Settle down in the evenings by enjoying dinner on the huge wrap-around back deck. Play games (check out our board game collection!), watch TV, have a ping pong competition, or kick back with a drink at the bar in the spacious communal downstairs family room.

Located just 15 minutes off of 95, Our lake house is conveniently located near downtown Littleton and Roanoke Rapids. Finding entertainment, grocery stores, or all varieties of restaurants is a breeze.

Lake Gaston is truly an unforgettable place and you will never regret your time there!

Family vacation at the lake

We spent a week at Myrick Estates with our younger children as well as our adult children and their spouses. We had an incredibly restful and refreshing time!

Great house!

This house had plenty of space for our group and we loved the location. The owner was very responsive anytime I reached out with questions or issues. The beds were very comfortable and we had a blast with the ping pong table.

Great location and property

We had an enjoyable stay - the property is spacious - lots of room to spread out and enjoy your time by the lake.The only negative I would say is that the boat lift was unexpectedly not compatible with a bass boat (so just FYI) and the depth of the water at the end of the dock was probably 5-5.5 feet. So if you have larger kids (we had teens) the jumping off means they might hit the bottom, so no diving :) But floating around the creek was perfect to help us cool off. Great place to stay and the location was awesome! Thank you!

Comfortable old lake house

Simple house with all the basics. Lots of beds and room to spread out. Owner was wonderful and very accommodating. Dock served its purpose. S'mores at the fire pit made a great end to the day.

Excellent time boating , relaxing and rejuvenating

Had a great vacation at the lake. Lots of space for the extended family with excellent water views and access. Lots of runabout boating in the main lake and kayaking and paddle boarding in the peaceful cove. Host had great communication throughout stay when we had questions and easy check in and out. Thanks

Wonderful property on the lake!

This property was perfect for us. The teens loved the downstairs area. The provided kayaks were a huge hit and really added to our fun! The huge board game collection and ping pong table were also added bonuses! Host was helpful and responsive. Beds were very comfy and everyone slept well. We had a wonderful time on Lake Gaston and would absolutely stay here again!

Nice Home in Quite Cove

The neighborhood was nice and quite, and so was the cove. We floated/kayaked/paddle boarded all over the cove and even left into other coves and rarely encountered a boat or jetski. The house was big enough with 7 people (4 adults and 3 teenagers) with everyone having their own space. The downstairs is lovely and stays cool throughout the whole day. The kitchen is big and you can have several people in it and not bump into each other. Being able to use the garage was nice and the teens loved playing ping pong. Great week at a great place!

Friends trip

This is a great location! There was 6 adults that stayed and we were very comfortable. The downstairs is where we spent the majority of our time! There is a bar area, plenty of seating and a TV! The one thing that was in the listing was that it had a hot tub but it did not. That was a little disappointing but it wasn’t cold so it worked out. The fire pit is a large area and also the deck is spacious! The owner was easy to reach and was prompt in responding to any concerns!

Lovely home and beautiful outdoor space

My sisters and I with a couple of our grandchildren found this house at the last minute. This is a lovely, spacious home within 15 minutes of shopping and restaurants. Easy access from I-95. It has a beautiful updated kitchen and the beds had the most thick, comfortable mattresses! There are 2 very large TVs one upstairs and the other downstairs in the big family room with a walk out patio covered by the large wrap around deck above when you need a little shade. Cable with Hulu provided tons of options and cell reception wasn’t a problem. There’s a large backyard with lots of play area leading to the dock. There’s also a really nice playground in Littleton about 10 minutes away. The host was wonderful and very responsive to any questions I had. We definitely plan to stay at this property again! Thanks Blake!

The perfect lake house

Since Covid when beaches closed by family switched beach trips to staying at the lake. With three active boys 5-14 it’s important to have lots to do but be able to relax at the same time. Lake Gaston is by far the best lake I have stayed at and this home was perfect. The house was so clean, nicely furnished, supplies many basic items such as linens and bath towels. I love to cook and use vacations to try out new recipes and cook for friends and family. However sometimes rentals do not have adequate kitchen tools, not this home. The kitchen was well stocked with pots pans, utensils, and tableware. We had 2 family’s stay and the space was set up perfectly to separate kids from adults in the evenings. The owner was so wonderful to communicate with before, during, and after. Now back to the lake which we all know is the best part! The yard had an easy brick path from the house to the pier/boathouse. The boathouse has a mini fridge which got lots of use. The pier was large enough for all to spend time together. The water was calm and perfect for small children swimming but was deep enough for the teens to have fun too. The water is so clean, at the pier which I would say is about 5 feet you could see your feet which standing in the water. If you have come across this lake and house, look no further and just book it! My family will definitely be passing by other lakes to stay here again.

Peaceful waterside nest!

We had an amazing week as a family of seven. We Brought our jetski and rented a boat for the week. Great location and enjoyed the proximity of the water and an easy level walk to your dock! Thanks for making your home available to us!!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood, with an amazing view of the lake. This was the perfect place for our family to getaway. Hosts were outstanding and we could not have asked for anything better. Will book here again.

My Family and I are Richmond Natives, however we have enjoyed the beautiful Lake Gaston for 5+ years. Having spent time up and down the East coast we have frequented numerous lakes and nothing quite compares to Lake Gaston in our opinion. Beautiful homes, lively families, boats galore, you're always sure to enjoy a day on the water.

So we recently decided to purchase a 2nd property on the water and allow for others to share in the great times this special place offers. We love our time at the lake and hope you will as well!

If you want a spacious, but homey lake house, on the water, in a safe & peaceful cove, this is the place for you. Right on the main lake you have access to essentially everywhere in lake Gaston. enjoy a nice boat cruise and stop by The grille for some lunch/dinner and drinks. Need gas? Washburn's gas station is 8 minutes away on the water. Want to enjoy 9 holes before a fun day in the sun? just look out the front door to private/public course in our neighborhood.

This house is sure to meet your needs in regards to a wonderful weekend getaway!
