About this property

Newly renovated single story beach house with a heated saltwater pool that was just completed. This house is in a central and quiet neighborhood in Jax Beach and is just 8 blocks to the beach! Featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dedicated dining space, freshly renovated kitchen, living room with large sectional couch and an adjacent game room all on one single level. The private backyard retreat is complete with a brand new saltwater pool with a large swim deck and has everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation or long term stay!

This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 - 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use pool at own risk.***

*Prices exclude minimum $300 security deposit

Everyone loved it

Wonderful property. Everyone loved it. Nicely furnished, clean and updated. Only complaint were the TV's. Took a few days to figure them out and could not get any local channels.

Wonderful house!

I rented Mermaid Cove as it is next door to my neice and her two daughters. I usually stay in a hotel but I splurged on the house with the "fancy pool" and I'm so glad I did. The house was immaculate, the beds were incredibly comfortable, each room had a TV with a working remote, everything about it was fabulous. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach, but there is a fold-up wagon in the garage to take all your stuff. But you may not want to leave the pool...ever

Enjoyed everything!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! We loved the location of the property, how clean everything was, and how easy it was to check in/ out! The pool and back yard were beautiful and well maintained. Absolutely recommend staying here!
