o This property features 4 exterior security recording cameras at each outside corner of the home. Each camera faces outward and do not look into interior spaces. Areas camera views include driveways and fire pit. The cameras actively record video and sound when motion is detected by the devices.
- Accessibility: This property requires 3 stairs to access and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- All occupants are required to perform "Normal" household duties that include, but are not limited to:
o Garbage removal, place in garbage can and secure it due to animals
o Cleaning of individual and guest dishes
o Notification to owner of any damages or problems with the property
- Fireplaces/fire pit/grill are to be used appropriately and responsibly
- Lock home when leaving unattended with personal door code
- No bikes or kayaks in the home
