House for 6 - Golf Cart (street legal), pvt beach

At the famous Venture Out in PCB - a gated community with a 3 minute walk/ride to a private beach, 2 pools, tennis courts, shuffle board courts, putt-putt, basketball court, boat launch, and is next door to St. Andrew's State Park.
Enjoy the resort and the surrounding area with our brand new 6 person STREET LEGAL golf cart - the Barracuda Scooda. Who needs a rental car when you can cart around on any street with a speed limit of 35 MPH or less? This brand new (April 2023)cart has Lithium Ion batteries and lists a 20+ mile range. It will be charged and ready to go upon your arrival.
The space is airy and bright with a comfortable open concept kitchen and a large front room to gather and celebrate. Enjoy watching cable TV in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and in the main room. Living room has an Apple TV box to meet all of your streaming needs. Super high speed internet provided for those who have to mix business with pleasure. There are plenty of kitchen utensils to cook with and we just set up a new propane BBQ on the side of the house.

The resort has a $75/car parking fee per stay

The perfect vacation spot. We tried to book another weekend while we were there but all units were taken. Communication was there any time I needed it. Everything is labeled and marked and thought of. They supplied extra towels and the beds are comfortable with clean sheets. There are two pools each overlooking the lagoon or gulf, the best restaurants close by, a cafe next to the gulf with the best food snack and tropical drinks, I had the best funnel cake while relaxing on the beach. Live music overlooking the lagoon on Friday and Saturday.

Lovely home!!

Diana was so wonderful to deal with! This place was immaculate and very well stocked. Also, the water pressure in the master bath was incredible!! I know that might not matter to some but my husband loves a good shower head! My husband and I enjoyed staying here so much! We will definitely be back!!
