This is a GULF FRONT townhouse directly on the beach located on the East end of Thomas Drive near St. Andrew's State Park.

Enjoy the beaches without the hassle of elevators. Park at your front door and step off the back deck onto The World's Most Beautiful Beaches. It doesn't get any better than this.

Townhouse is conveniently located near St. Andrew's State Park, Schooner's, Capt. Anderson's, Scampy's, Montego Bay Seafood House, Winn-Dixie, Publix, Treasure Island Marina and many other local favorites for shopping, dining, activities and entertainment.

The living room is comfortably decorated and looks out over the beaches. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds have comfortable beds and flat screened tv's. There is a deck leading out to the beach. The deck offers bar height chairs, a patio table and chairs, a shower and water spigot.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, private balcony, and large flat screen tv.

The guest bedroom has two full sized beds and a flat screen tv.

PET: A dog is allowed and must weigh 20 lbs or less, shots and flea treatments must be current. Dogs are not allowed on the public beaches, furniture, beds or bedding. There is plenty of room to walk your dog outside. Must be pre-approved at time of reservation.

Nicely renovated

My family's annual beach trip almost didn't happen this year, so when it came together at the last minute, I was scrambling to find a place. We had a smaller crew this year, and David's 2 BR/2BA place was just perfect. He was great to work with to get it reserved right away, and we've thoroughly enjoyed staying at his place. It is very nicely renovated with granite countertop kitchen and bathrooms, and it is also well decorated. No outdated, worn out, mismatched furniture - instead, you get simple yet chic beach decor everyone can appreciate. To me, an inside of the rental is quite important because I spend a lot of hours indoors after the sun goes down hanging out with the family, so I tend to choose places with nice interiors. This place fit the bill. I would definitely stay at this unit again.

Perfect Spot

Perfect location. Close to restaurants, grocery stores,parasail, jet ski, pontoon rentals, and St. Andrews Park. Loved the townhouse being right next to Schooners. Beach was beautiful. Townhouse was clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t have changed a thing. Our second time staying at this location and look forward to staying there again.

Amazing Spring Break - Perfect Location

We just returned from a fantastic week at this Schooner town home and it was everything has described on the site. David was fantastic to work with - very professional. The home was perfect for my family and loved not having to go up and down a busy elevator at the high rise condo places. I will return to this location. Other than a bit of a water leak in the bathtub upstairs, everything was picture perfect.

DOESN'T GET MUCH BETTER THAN TWO BALCONIES TO LOUNGE ON AND WATCH THE SUNSETS!! BEAUTIFUL TOWNHOME AND VERY EASY BOOKING WITH DAVID. EVERYTHING IS IN THE TOWN HOME THAT YOU NEED FULLY FURNISHED. THEY HAVE A GRILL OUTSIDE AND YOU CAN WALK TO SCHOONERS VIA THE BEACH OR THE FRONT DOOR. LOVED OUR VACA AND WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK TO THIS TOWNHOME IN THE FUTURE. THE TOWNHOME IS DOG FRIENDLY AND PERFECT FOR MY BABY TO GO AND HAVE A GREAT TIME AS WELL.

PERFECT VACATION SPOT!

We just got home from a 7 night stay in this townhome. It was wonderful. To start out with, David was so easy to work with and always responded to my emails/questions in a very timely manner. Everything was clean and just as wonderful as it looks in the photos. It is in a perfect location....close to grocery, restaurants, shopping, etc. We have stayed in other places in PCB and felt we spent so much time in the car driving. Not here!! It was my husband and 4 teenagers and EVERYONE loved it. We will definitely be back.
