This is unit #103 at Largo Mar Condominium. A three bedroom three story unit directly on the beach and just steps from the pool. Updated in 2016 this Gulf Front 3BD/3.5BTH Town home- A unique getaway where you can walk out your back door directly onto the sugar white sand! NO elevators, no long treks to the beach! Just open the door and within a few steps you will be wading in the crystal clear water of the Gulf Coast. There are balconies on all three floors. The first floor features a full kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, dining room, and living room. The second floor has two bedrooms with two queen beds in one, and a queen bed in the other. There is a a jack & jill bathroom including two separate toilet closets. Both bedrooms have a balcony! The third floor has a spacious master suite including a full bath. The private master balcony is perfect for sunbathing or just watching a gorgeous tropical sunset. Largo Mar has a large heated pool and hot tub, shuffleboard, and lush landscaping. Largo Mar is a comfortable and easy vacation for all!

Newly renovated kitchen, appliances and kitchen wares, decor and more in 2016 . The condo has undergone several extensive renovations since 2014, including HVAC, water heater, bedding, drapery, modern decor and much more.

To formally book this condo, two adults (25 years of age or older) who would be present at the condo throughout the duration of any rental period would need to execute a standard rental agreement that is employed for all rentals of this condo, and also provide copies of their drivers licenses to the rental manager, as proper identification.

Best anniversary yet

Had a terrific time getting away for a week for our anniversary. Walking out off the deck your onto the beach, and your in the water under 2 minutes. The condo was everything the pictures it appeared to be...and more. Everything we wanted, quiet and inviting, and fully stocked. If I owned this condo, I don't think I could have decorated it and outfitted it any better. We will be back....count on it.

Paradise in Panama!

Absolutely stunning con Don't! As soon as you walk through the door you can see the glorious beach and turquoise water! Simply glorious! The decor is gorgeous, the rooms are immaculately clean and pretty. We had such a wonderful time...you walk right onto the beach from the back doors. Cannot say enough nice things about this property. The restaurants are great and close by. The beds are comfy, the sheets are fabulous! Can't wait to go back!

Excellent vacation spot!

Florida in October is beautiful! We were very pleased with the condo; it was welcoming, clean and had all the cooking supplies that we needed. It was obvious that updates had been made and the master bath was beautiful. My family has been staying at this complex for over 25-years and this was one of the nicest condos that we’ve stayed in. We appreciate that these units are not high rises and we can enjoy watching the kids play on the beach from our patio.

Everyone enjoyed the easy access to the beach and pool. The pool area was great, plenty of lounge chairs and tables for everyone.

Actually, we enjoyed it so much that we tried to rent it an extra day but were too late – it was already taken!

We had a great week at this condo. Everything was as advertised. Wifi worked well, nice tv's, plenty of dishes. The grounds are very well kept. We loved it and would love to go back to this unit. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Reservation process is very easy. Owner quick to reply to e-mails. Loved it!

Full of mold

We stayed in this unit in August 2013. The roof of the building has had a major leak right over this unit, not the owner's fault. However, when we were there the leak had not been repaired and the upstairs had been repainted to hide the damage and mold. The entire bathroom ceiling was bowed due to water damage. My wife has a suppressed immune system and mold is deadly for her. I contacted the owner/manager after we returned home and was completely ignored. At this point we have been home about 2 weeks and my wife is still extremely sick and unable to even get off the couch most times. This was a total waste of money. On top of the mold problem which may put my wife in the hospital before it's over, the unit was poorly equipped. We were told there would be some laundry detergent, there was none. We were told there would be trash bags, there were none. We were told there would be dish soap, there was none. Those things are minor problems compared to a house full of mold, but they were annoying.

Please stay away from this unit. Mold is deadly and apparently the management doesn't care and had just hidden the problem.

Owner's Response: This review was posted by the guest AFTER their week's stay in the condo. The guest never contacted management regarding any concerns during their stay. Several attempts were made to contact the guest after seeing their review. Ceiling repairs were made in the Spring of 2013 after we were told by onsite management that the roof had been repaired. There was a water spot/stain in the bathroom ceiling which occurred between August 8 and August 14, 2013 during a windy and heavy thunderstorm. It was only a water stain and no other damage was noted. The water spot in the corner of the ceiling was repainted. The bathroom ceiling did not bow. The water spot was too small for any ceiling damage to have occurred. Photos of the ceiling water spot and repainted area can be provided upon request. Dish soap and dishwashing detergent were under the kitchen sink in the cabinet. The guest never contacted management regarding any concerns or perceived concerns during their stay. We make every attempt to ensure each guest's stay is enjoyable.

Just what we were looking for.

It had been several years since we were last in the Panama City Beach area and also since we rented a unit at Largo Mar. This was the first time we ever rented one of the units on the beach and it was everything we wanted.

The unit and the facilities were great for a family vacation.

If/when we go back again, we would definitely enjoy renting this unit again.
