Welcome to Putter's Paradise!
We absolutely love The Villages and are happy to share our vacation “home-a-way from home” with our guests. We are nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Tanglewood Villas ~ in the village of Sabal Chase ~ about a mile south of Sumter Landing just off Canal.

Rules:. This is a strict non-smoking home or on the premises. One small non-shedding dog under 30 lbs is allowed (to clarify: if your dog must be groomed to have it's hair cut, it is a non shedding dog) PLEASE do not let your dog potty on the putting green ! This will cause bacterial growth and a terrible smell. Please walk your dog for potty times. The hot tub is not included for guest use. No chipping or pitching on the putting green - putting only. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and consideration of our house rules.
Guests are welcome to use the 2 gas golf carts (both are 2 seat golf carts), however owner's insurance does not cover guests. Therefore if guests choose to use the golf carts, it will constitute consent for full liability for but not limited to the following: any damage to either golf cart, any damage to property or personal property, and/or personal injury. Use of the golf carts is not gaurenteed. Should either cart have a mechanical issue owner will make attempt to have repaired, but a rental cart will not be provided. You must provide your own insurance (very minimal cost -just call your insurance agent)
We just had all the flooring replaced with Natural Hickory LVP - no carpet in the home. (I missed taking a picture of the kitchen with the new flooring as you will notice vinyl)

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. Our living room is furnished with a smart TV for streaming, antenna tv channels and high speed Internet.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a Sleep Number mattress, and a soft topper for coziness, a dresser, a large walk in closet (iron and ironing board), two nightstands, a smart TV (streaming and antena channels) and private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and comes complete with towels and linens.

The second bedroom offers a queen size Sealy Posturpedic with a 2” topper, closet, dresser, nightstand and a conversational sitting area and small desk.
The third room offers a split king bed memory foam mattress, closet, nightstands, cube storage, and an electric sit/stand desk with two monitors and a printer (You do need a docking station to connect to the monitors)
Both rooms have access to the guest bathroom which comes complete with towels and linens. 4 beach towels are also available to be used at the pool.

The Lanai and patio area includes a gas grill and conversational seating for 4. You will surely enjoy the full privacy of our villa.
We have just finished a complete renovation and beautification in the back yard to include: a large paver patio with covered and screened gazebo with seating for 8, a large putting green (including glow in the dark balls), and a large dedicated area for corn hole. (There are 2 sets of clubs in the garage if you are a golfer).

The Sabal Chase pool is just around the corner ~ a 2 minute walk. There are 3 pools within 1 mile of our villa ~ SUMPTER LANDING is about a mile down the road! A nice little walk, and you are at the square.

We also offer resident ID cards transfer for $50 and at least 3 days in advance.
(This provides you access to all the executive golf courses with no green fees. If you register with golf.net, you can pay cart fees upfront to make your tee-time check-in smooth and cash free. You can also use any of the family-friendly and adult-only (30 or older) swimming pools, and all the recreational facilities and wonderful amenities the Villages has to offer.)
You are always welcome to have guest passes that are free, but must be arranged 3 days in advance.

Rental rates are based upon 4 adults, but we do allow 6 with a small increase to the cleaning fee. Visitors are allowed, but if they are an over night guests it is your responsibility to wash and dry their used linens and remake their bed as additional costs of laundry add of quickly with a cleaning crew. Each additional overnight guests not added on the reservation will constitute a charge of $25 from your security deposit to compensate for the extra laundry costs.
Please note: This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are available.
