Great home, perfect location

Beautiful home, really nice layout for kids with a bunk room on the lower level. Awesome views of the river & mountains from the back deck & hot tub. I loved this house, very clean and the living room is really comfortable for a large family. Also- downtown Frisco, which is very walkable from the house, is great with lots of restaurants and shops. It’s a 10 minute drive to Keystone or Breck and it was all so easy. Lastly, the owner is super responsive. 5 star experience all around!

Special mountain house and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and well appointed home. Everything was perfect and went beyond our expectations. The home layout and decor were a delight. The views from the house were gorgeous with mountains, sun and creek sounds coming in. The location was excellent for catching the bus to ski areas, morning walks for pastries and coffee and evenings visiting pubs. The kitchen had everything you could want. The beds were very comfortable. Our family meals and card games were perfect at the dining table. Resting in the morning and evening in the family room was perfect! This property is wonderful. It was perfect for what our family needed, Small town, lots of outdoor activities, plenty of room in the house. All the amenities you would need or want. Location was ideal for our family with young children, 9,8,5,1. House newly remodeled, everything clean, manager very helpful.

We have owned in Frisco for 7 years, most recently spending a year renovating The River House, and creating a dream modern mountain space. We love Summit County, Frisco and the great state of Colorado, and take advantage of its world class skiing and gorgeous fall and summer seasons as much as we can. When we are not at The River House, we live with our 3 kids in Denver.

It is steps from town, the bike path, the town playground and open space area, and the Lake Dillon beach and marina. Newly renovated, this home has all high end features and furnishings, and is the dream spot for a family or friend get together. Relax in the hot tub after a long day on the slopes, or simply sit out on the deck and listen to the peaceful sounds of the river. You'll love it for its open floor plan, large windows, comfortable beds and couches, chefs kitchen and incredible design, to name a few.
