We had a group of 7 golfers. We each had our own room and everyone was very happy. The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped. Plenty of space to be in a group or get some alone time. We didn’t use the pool table, hot tub or piano. We heard of bears and moose in the area, but didn’t see any. Mike (owner) was a pleasure to work with. This a beautiful house and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Five Stars Isn’t Enough!What an incredible home and an incredible stay! The house was everything we hoped for: beautiful, warm, cozy, spacious, and in an amazing location. Our family stayed here for our daughter’s wedding, and it couldn’t have worked out better. We had wedding activities throughout Breckenridge, Frisco, Keystone, and A-Basin, and having Frisco as our home base was perfect. After busy and exciting days celebrating, it was wonderful to come back to such a comfortable home where our family could relax and spend time together.The owner was extremely easy to work with, communicated well, and even reached out during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. That kind of personal attention was greatly appreciated.This wasn’t simply a place to stay. It became part of a very special family celebration and one we’ll always remember. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The house and host/owner were wonderful. The 5 beautiful and spacious bedrooms with king size beds was a dream, plus twin beds for the boys and the apartment upstairs was perfect for our son, his wife and 4 month old baby. The main kitchen has two dishwashers and two sinks which was perfect for any cooking our large group needed to do. In additiion, our host was very obliging when the fridge stopped cooling. Mike is the best and I cannot recommend his home highly enough. For our multi age group there could not have been a more perfect place to enjoy beautiful Frisco.

I just wanted to point out to other Prospective Guests that we do, in fact, have 7 bedrooms in our property.......5 of those bedrooms have King Beds, 1 of those bedrooms has a Queen Bed, and the last bedroom has two Twin Beds. Unlike much of our competition who claim to sleep 14 people in 4-5 bedrooms.....our place is truly comfortable for larger groups OR a GREAT set-up for a bunch of guys or gals to visit a world-class ski location and each have your OWN bedroom. We are extremely competitively priced based on the quality of home, number of bedrooms, amenities offered, and incredible downtown location.....very few properties can offer what our home has!! Thanks again for your thoughtful review!! We hope to see you again into the future!

Our family of nine adults and two children spent a wonderful week in this spacious and comfortable home. The house is very well furnished, with comfortable living spaces that are perfect for socializing and relaxing. The large kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything needed to cook for a large group. We cooked dinner at home every night and found everything we needed to prepare large meals. It was especially nice to gather around the large dining room table and eat together. We also enjoyed the beautiful deck and backyard, as well as the hot tub. We used the grill to make dinner one evening.The house is very close to town while still on a quiet cul-de-sac, giving us the best of both worlds. This is a well-appointed, comfortable home, and it is hard to imagine a nicer place for a family stay. We hope to stay here again the next time our family gathers in Frisco.

After 15 years of staying in VRBO properties, this was hands-down our best experience yet!This amazing home exceeded our expectations in every category. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a great deal of thought and care had gone into making this property comfortable, welcoming, and exceptionally well equipped.The large kitchen was outstanding, with high-end appliances and everything our group needed. The spacious dining table easily seated all of us and became a favorite gathering place for meals and conversation. The living areas were equally impressive—comfortable, spacious, and beautifully appointed with quality furnishings.The entire house was spotlessly clean, extremely well organized, and exceptionally well maintained. The bathrooms were fully stocked with plenty of towels, soaps, shampoos, and everything we needed. We also really enjoyed having the barbecue available during our stay.For a large group, the property couldn't have worked better. The large driveway provided ample parking for everyone, which was a huge plus. At the same time, the home is located on a peaceful, quiet street while still being within easy walking distance of the main street, restaurants, and everything we wanted to enjoy in town.Communication with our host was excellent from beginning to end—always clear, helpful, and timely.We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the past 15 years, and this one truly stands above the rest. Wee rate it all fives!

This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at! The house was absolutely beautiful, huge, and spotless, felt very much at home. This was the perfect home for a large group of us with each couple and family having plenty of their own space. Mike, the owner of the house, was extremely responsive and great to work with. Mike even bought a pack and play for the babies coming in our group ahead of time which was so thoughtful and sweet. The game room was perfect for hanging out with everyone in the evenings and the kitchen and dining table were perfect for a large group. We will definitely be returning to this house for future trips!!

This house is fantastic. We held a planning retreat here for our company and it was perfect. Big enough to sleep, feed and entertain everyone, we even got some work done. We had a great time. Well equipped kitchen, no need to bring anything but food. We loved this house.

Wonderful house for entertainment! Amenities are excellent; furniture very clean and comfortable; applicances very modern and new. Spacious yet cozy. We had a great family reunion with all 20 of us from 5 different states! What a comfortable house to spend our week connecting and playing with cousins! The kitchen, game room, and even the driveway were great spaces to hang out with everyone. We loved the family rooms and great bathrooms as well! Would love to rent here again!

Spriing Breakers

Beautiful home! Great location made it easy for our two non-skiers to have a great experience too. Size and floor plan made it convenient for everyone (10 of us) to find either personal space or fellowship whenever we wanted. Hot tub was perfect at the end of a long day skiing!

The house was great and m...

The house was great and made for an amazing weekend, and Mike was great to work with. The kitchen was a great to work in and made cooking for 20 people easy. With the Pool/Bar room and the hot tub staying in was great, though some still took advantage of the short walk to various dining and bars of downtown Frisco. I look forward to renting this specific property again!
