Excellent stay, communicative host. Spacious for two, will be back! Just a couple minutes away from beautiful wineries. We went to Tremolo Bar for dinner and it was excellent.
Lynn went above and beyond all expectations for a host. She supplied all the basic necessities you would need. The house was clean and spacious and the property is picture perfect!

We booked this guesthouse last minute for an overnight getaway & couldn’t have been happier. Perfect place for a quiet couple’s recharge. Bring food to cook, gourmet kitchen is well equipped & great space. Steam shower was a true luxury & the bed, pillows & bedding were very comfortable. Tons of treats from our host & very reachable via online chat for any questions. Thank you Lynn.

Thanks John, the wood comes from all the trees that fall down :). Happy to have you Becca and Rosie anytime!
My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely night on the gorgeous property. The guest house itself was perfect and the additional personal touches (handwritten note, bottle of wine, fresh croissants and local eggs, bedside chocolates) just added to the already well accommodated stay (kitchen essentials, lovely soaps and room sprays, toiletries) made us feel like we were staying at a friends home. Perfect location, stunning views and just an all around wonderful stay. We will be back!

Mrs Lynn Lilly pad guest house is amazing!!! It’s a home away from home very close to downtown Middleburg shops and wineries. My wife and I can’t wait to come back to enjoy this retreat country side guesthouse.the kitchen was amazing!!the bed room and bathroom was very comfortable and large living room space was more than enough space for relaxing thank you very much for the hospitality Mrs Lynn.
We had a wonderful time at this property! The house was clean and the host went over the top to ensure we had everything we needed - including pastries, eggs and a bottle of wineThe kitchen, living area, bedroom and master bath were excellentThere were even toys, a bed, and bowls for our dog LibertyLynn the host was fantastic - thank you
Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The property was stunning, beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. It felt warm and inviting, and the setting itself was peaceful and picturesque. One of the best parts was how dog-friendly it was. Our pups were welcomed just as warmly as we were, and the outdoor space gave them plenty of room to relax and explore safely. It made the trip so much more enjoyable not having to worry about leaving them behind. The location could not have been better. It was incredibly convenient to all the amazing breweries and wineries in the area, making it easy to spend the day exploring and then return to a comfortable, quiet retreat in the evening. We loved being close to beautiful historic Middleburg while still feeling like we had our own private escape.Overall, this was easily one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Beautiful home, perfect location, and truly dog-friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Middleburg.

Thank you Brett!! We loved hosting you guys and your pups were fabulous and we hope they, and you, can come back when the pond isn't frozen!
Perfect spot for a weekend getaway to Middleburg (our favorite VA town) and one of Virginia's best west regions. The host was incredibly welcoming, and the property is beautiful. The house is even more spacious and cozy than the pictures depict. The extra space to workout is a great amenity as well. We felt at home from the start and certainly hope to stay here again for our next wine country weekend.

So many great things about Lynn and the property. We definitely plan to return. Middleburg and the many nearby excellent vineyards make this the perfect spot.
We stayed here for one night for my husband’s birthday and had a great time. It is very close to the downtown area and to wineries/breweries. Lynn was very responsive and helpful, and the little extra touches were thoughtful. We would definitely recommend staying here.
The house exceeded our expectations! The property is lovely! The host includes little niceties such as high end bath products and big fluffy towels. Lynn brought delicious pastries one day and left us a bottle of wine to enjoy. Would definitely return here the next time we are in the area!
