Upstairs, two tranquil suites offer privacy and comfort. The first features a new king bed, twin-size sofa sleeper, and an ensuite bathroom with a standing shower. The second includes a queen bed, private bath, and its own deck, perfect for quiet mornings with coffee or stargazing at night. On the main level, a third bedroom with a queen bed opens directly onto the deck, while a guest bath with a deep soaking tub invites relaxation after a day of exploring wine country.

The lower level offers another space for gathering and fun, complete with a large flat screen TV, streaming services, a DVD player, regulation-size ping pong table, and oversized bean bags for lounging. You will also find a half bath, laundry room, garage, and carport access, and an EV charger for convenience.

Please note that bobcats and coyotes are occasionally seen in the area, so supervision of children and pets is recommended.
