Completely remodeled 3000sf Guest House situated on the historic and magical Westerlook Farms estate. Just blocks, and an easy 5 minute walk, from down town Carlton - one of the best areas in the Willamette Valley!

Walk or ride (we have bikes!) to breakfast, lunch or dinner and all the tasting rooms in downtown Carlton. Then come back and enjoy a quiet evening on the sprawling 47 acre farm in the middle of wine country.

Enjoy the privacy of the country, yet walking distance from downtown! The outdoor area is set up with a gas BBQ, Adirondack chairs and an outdoor dining space. Enjoy your evening outside while watching the animals in the pasture, lounging in the hammock and listening to the birds sing.

Inside the completely remodeled and charming 3000 s.f. Guest House, you will find all 3 bedrooms have King beds and luxurious linens, the bathrooms are well appointed with walk in showers, the remodeled kitchen is well stocked with all you need for cooking or eating in, and the house has AC for those warm summer days.

There is a 52" TV in the living room and free wi-fi for those times you want to relax inside, there is also a separate office area if works needs to be done or you just need a separate quiet space.

Our Guest House at Westerlook Farm provides the ultimate Willamette Valley experience! Walking distance to downtown, yet a magical and peaceful piece of heaven in the country. We always have fresh flowers in every room and a plate full of freshly baked cookies waiting for you in the kitchen! We also offer a farm fresh breakfast basket.....farm fresh eggs, sausage, seasonal fruit and home made cinnamon rolls!

We are happy to offer a farm fresh breakfast basket! Enjoy a slow morning with delicious farm fresh food at the Guest House, delivered to your front door! This beautiful breakfast basket includes 1/2 dozen farm fresh eggs, approximately 1 lb. of delicious bacon, home made cinnamon rolls, home made sourdough blueberry muffins, plain yogurt, WF homemade granola, 1 lb. bag of organic coffee, 8 oz. fresh cream, fresh butter, fresh herbs and seasonal fruit. The breakfast basket will be delivered to your door on the date you’ve selected. It doesn’t get much easier, tastier and fresher than that!

IMPORTANT NOTES: the cinnamon rolls and muffins are baked fresh the morning of delivery, the bacon is raw and the fruit is what is available seasonally. ALL ORDERS REQUIRE A 72 HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE. Order online or via the link in your welcome email.

We absolutely loved this home for a vacation of best friends in Willamette Valley. The host is easy to get a hold of and even helped us with recommendations for lunch spots . Her breakfast basket is heavenly and such a special touch!! The home is perfectly located for many wineries, tasting rooms, restaurants and shopping!! This was the first leg of our Girls Trip in Oregon for a Willamette Valley weekend. Darci's Guest House did not disappoint! It was so charming, and the add-on farm breakfast is a must! Between the house, the hostess, the setting and the central location to the wine country, this was the perfect choice and experience for our adult family! We loved the serene backyard setting overlooking the farm and spent a lot of time in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the view. The house was immaculate and well appointed. The breakfast basket is a "must do" and you could not find a more gracious hostess. The guest house was close enough to downtown Carlton to walk to restaurants, coffee or ice cream. The bikes at the house were also a plus! We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back someday.

We are fortunate enough to call Carlton home! Darci grew up here, and we bought our first home in Carlton 19 years ago! We've owned vacation rentals for the past 17 years. We love meeting new people and creating a home-away-from-home while you visit this beautiful little slice of Oregon!

Why they chose this property

Westerlook Farm is rich with history. It was built in 1911 and is truly a landmark property in the Willamette Valley. About 16 years ago, the previous owners (who are now dear friends) hired us to remodel the Guest House and eventually do more work on the Main House. We have always loved old homes, and enjoyed remodeling old homes, Matt has been a contractor in Oregon for over 25 years! When the previous owners decided it was time for them to sell and downsize, the journey started of making Westerlook our home. It's quite the amazing story, and we know God orchestrated every detail. We feel so blessed to share this beautiful property with you!

What makes this property unique

This property is truly magical! From the moment you drive down the tree lined driveway, you begin to breathe deeper and take in the fresh country air. The setting is simply breath taking.....

The Main House and Carriage house were built in 1911. The Guest House was built shortly after, and the green houses and barns each have their piece of history as well! The orchard and grass fields draw you further down the then of course there is the animals. We are slowly adding to our farm, but we currently have chickens (farm fresh eggs of course!), ducks, pigs, Mini Hereford and Jersey cows, Gypsy Cobb horses, the sweetest barn cats, and the happiest Old English Sheepdog. We have big plans for this slice of heaven, but we are doing our best to enjoy each day at a time and live each minute to the fullest!
