You'll probably want to move into this neighborhood after you stay here. Built in the 50's, the Winterhaven area is a true sought after gem in Tucson. This cute brick home offers 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, living room, laundry room, a full bathroom and most importantly, a beautiful backyard. Grass covers the front and back yard with pine trees scattered throughout. The backyard is a true oasis with full shade, a peach tree, garden and many plants and flowers to enjoy. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening meal outdoors on our beautiful patio.

Our recently renovated home sleeps 6, with three bedrooms containing a queen sized bed in each. There is a closet in each bedroom, with plenty of storage for your clothes and other things. We are very proud of our organic linen bedding and tuft and needle mattresses, for a great nights sleep at the end of the day.

The main living space has a cozy living room, a smart tv, games, a dining table and large back windows that look out into the big green backyard. The view from the main area of the house is breathtaking. If you gaze out the large front window, you have a view of the beautiful Catalina Mountains.

Our kitchen is full of light and stocked with any essential you'll need and more.

Our home is family and pet friendly. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan on bringing pets, so we can adequately prepare for your arrival. Kids love our beautiful home! We can provide a pack n play and a high chair upon request.

For the security of our property and your safety during your stay, we have a doorbell camera.

*Please note the Winterhaven Festival of Lights, a 80 year Tucson tradition, runs from the 2nd week of December to the day after Christmas. It’s the most festive spot in Tucson with lights, food trucks, hot coco, and lots of walking people. If you book during this time, there will be lots of traffic and people in front of the house just about every night. Although this is a fun and exciting time to stay in our home, it may not be ideal for everyone. Please inquire before booking during this time.
