About this property

Making Waves

This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012.
It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other.
The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot.
It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters.
So much charm and very inviting.
We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches.
The space
We are approximately 35 minutes to several beaches.
The home has a very relaxing atmosphere.
Outside sitting with a fire pit.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We are from Atlanta, GA. We moved here in 1976 . My husband joined the Marines and stayed in for 12 years. He got out and went to work for Federal Government as an Air Traffic Controller. He really enjoyed his job.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because we had a friend who lived in this area. We bought the Airbnb house and remodeled it. We have been here 49 years.
