TRACY is a cozy double occupancy Queen room. It is located on the 2nd floor of the Main Inn (must use stairs) with a view of our private outdoor parking. 143 sq.ft., private bathroom (shower only), and a slim wine fridge. Max occupancy 2 (Adults 21+ only.)

Our beautiful town has something for everyone, whether you’d rather spend your vacation hitting a museum, enjoying the great outdoors, or eating some seriously good food. From sightseeing to shopping, there are plenty of things to do in Shelburne VT.

Tucked along the shores of spectacular Lake Champlain, the historic town of Shelburne, Vermont is located just a few miles south of Burlington, the state’s largest city. A rich agricultural and farming community, Shelburne delights visitors with its lush landscapes (think stunning fall foliage) as well as its unique attractions, including Shelburne Museum, Shelburne Farms and the Vermont Teddy Bear Company.

Sightseeing, restaurants, a winery, a brewery, a distillery, outdoor activities, shopping, we’ve got it all right here in Shelburne and we are a short walk, or a bike/car ride away from more!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels in the shower stall. Leave bathrobes on the coat hangers.
Place all trash and recycling in the bin by the back porch of the main building.
Turn off lights, AC, heat. Close/lock the room door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We are a no-shoes home. Own slippers / indoor soft-sole shoes / socks/barefoot OK. We offer complimentary new disposable slippers by advance request.
The building's front/entrance door must be locked at all times. All guests are provided with unique access codes for our digital locks. No visitors.
Guests do not have access to the Inn's kitchen, laundry facilities, basement, storage areas, private quarters, outdoor water/electrical supply.
