Our 4 Bedroom 2 bath home has several new modern touches and is located only 1 block from Ludington Ave. Our prime location offers a short walk to all the food, fun, and festivities. Sterns Park (public beach) is only 5 blocks away. Whether you stay home and roast marshmallows, enjoy the spacious backyard, cook out in the screened in patio, or choose to go downtown for shopping, restaurants or local microbrews you will be sure to have a great vacation!

This was our second time staying here, and we’d definitely rent again! During our stay, there was an unexpected maintenance issue that was completely out of the host’s control. What really stood out was how she handled the situation—calm, professional, and incredibly responsive. She kept us informed every step of the way and did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable. It’s easy to be a great host when things go smoothly, but her grace and problem-solving under pressure were truly impressive. If we could give her 10 stars, we would. Highly recommended!

Great location, nice place

Loved this home, only thing that keeps it from a 5 is no shades to darken rooms. Some windows were without curtains. If your a late sleeper there’s to much light

Lovely time in Luddington

We enjoyed our stay in one of our favorite beach towns. The location of the house was so nice for walking to the Main Street in town. We drove to the beach because we had chairs and other items to carry it was so close and convenient with free parking. The kitchen in the house is very nice. The living & dining room areas are comfortable with big windows to let light in. The bedrooms have very old outdated furniture. Two upstairs bedrooms and the bathroom were very small. Outside areas & screen porch could use some upkeep. This is an old house with a beautiful new kitchen in a great location. Good communication and for the price we were pleased.

Super Cute Home in a Perfect Location

Ludington is my happy place. I live downstate, but I try to go up as often as I can. This home was perfect for my needs (work mixed with relaxation). It was very clean, stocked with for pretty much anything you might need, reliable Wi-Fi, and best of all it’s just a short walk to the marina, waterfront park, city beach, and all the shops and restaurants in town. I was lucky enough to have beautiful weather while I was there, and I made the short drive to the state park every day to hike and relax on the beach. Tristen was a responsive and organized host, instructions for everything (entry, garbage, laundry, etc) were clear. Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our weekend in Ludington very much. The house is walking distance from the public beach and only about a block from House of Flavors. Tristen welcomed us with all the ingredients to make waffles! Very nice vintage home that has been updated and has lots of room.

Clean and convenient

Me and my friends stayed here for the Ludington Brewfest. The location is perfect for a walk downtown. Easy access to all the businesses. Room for all three of us with beds to spare. Everything was as good as the owner represented.

Thanks! Great holiday get away

This place is exactly as described. All the essentials are there, including a Keurig with a few pods for coffee. Linen were higher quality and the beds were super comfy. Location was great, walking distance to both the Main Street for shopping and over to the Stearns park/beach for watching the lake waves. Thanks again!

Amazing property and great location

Whole experience was great. House was really nice and right downtown. Even had a little welcome book with all the helpful info and such. Super short stroll to everything in town and the water. Owners super cool, already making plans to stay there again.
