Cute studio with small kitchen, washer/dryer, a/c and smart tv. 5 minute drive to Cape Coral yacht club, restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Close to Fort Myers downtown. No issues. Has what you need for a stay. Perfect for a couple days. As long as you don't plan on staying in too much. Gets a bit claustrophobic after a while. Showers designed much more for looks, than practical functionality.

Cape Coral stay

This place was cute and perfect for just me. Had everything you might need with a small fridge and stove. The only thing that wasn’t the greatest was its a triplex and could hear the tv and sometimes the people talking next door.

Great landing spot

We came to Cape Coral to visit family and friends nearby. This studio was clean with all the amenities we needed. The shower was nice and the bed was comfortable. We even had a small washer and dryer. Would recommend as the price was very fair too.

Hidden Gem!

This little studio is a part of triplex and is just as advertised. It was perfect for my solo needs and the little kitchenette was amazing. Highly recommended. In fact so much, I am booked in the other two units the following two weeks.

This is the best! It has everything needed for your stay!! And your very own parking spot! Walking to everything within a short walk... Winn Dixie, Rib Pleace, Ice SCREAMMM, and Dixie Country Line Dance Place. No need for an Uber here.

Studio was very clean and tastefully decorated. Bed was perfect for me. My husband thought it was to soft. Yes, we would stay again. Small but since we were there short time and gone all day it was perfect and reasonably priced.
