Bright Dauphin Island Home with unobstructed Gulf view out the front door!

This fresh three bedroom beauty is steps from the water down a sandy footpath beside the nature preserve. Our wrap around porch offers stunning views of the Mississippi Sound and Dauphin Island bridge from the back with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, while the front allows you to enjoy the Gulf and listen to the waves crash from your front door.

Our family beach house is now available for you to enjoy too! There is a lovely sandy walkway straight in front of the house to the beach so you have no long hauls of beach equipment. On one side, there is a nature preserve meaning your views will never be blocked! You are so close that you can open the front door or windows and hear the waves from your bed or living room chair.
Outside, you’ll find a Big Green Egg, outdoor dining space, and other outdoor seating in covered space on the wrap around deck. Below the house, you’ll find an outdoor shower, beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bikes, and plenty of room to park.
Our kitchen is fully equipped to handle all of your cooking needs and even includes dinnerware for small children and barware for adults.
The large master bedroom has attached bathroom, 43” smart tv, and new, luxury linens.
The freshly painted living space includes comfy furniture, a new 65” smart tv, and plenty of space to spread out.
In the dining area, you’ll find ample seating around the table plus barstools.
The queen bedroom offers a smart tv and luxury linens with views of the Gulf of Mexico!
The bunk room has with new luxury linens and shares a large hallway bathroom.

Please note, NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED ON PROPERTY INSIDE OR OUT.

We have a security doorbell camera as well as outdoor security cameras underneath the home to monitor entrances and parking area.

Best Long Weekend Stay

This house was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend getaway from work. Super close to the beach for easy access, owner had some chairs and towels to use on the beach. House was very clean, comfortable and felt like home away from home. Definitely look forward to a trip back and highly recommend staying here.

First visit to Dauphin Island

Very nice, comfortable house. It had everything we needed and beach access right across the street. Bikes and beach gear need some tending to but we brought our own so no problem for us.

We had a wonderful relaxing long weekend at this property. Spacious, comfortable beds and living room with plenty of comfortable seating. Ample linens and kitchen items. Couldn’t imagine a better location-literally steps to a gorgeous, quiet beach. Lovely views from every room, and nice outdoor seating areas. It was great to have access to beach chairs, umbrellas, etc so we didn’t have to bring or buy. Host was great to work with-very responsive and hospitable.

Wonderful place to stay!

This property is just perfect. The sunrise is gorgeous from the side porch or out the dining room windows. And the sunset off the front porch was just as spectacular. Peaceful place to relax. We normally like being on the water but having the View of both the gulf and the bay in one location just might be our new favorite! We will stay here again.

A relaxing and comfortable stay in a lovely house

The house is well stocked, cared for and very comfortable. I appreciated all the little touches like coffee and toiletries. Being able to look out and view the sea was very relaxing. Crystal was very responsive and a great host. We would love to return.

Beautiful house that had everything we needed, including everything we needed for the beach. Great wrap-around porch with outdoor seating. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Crystal was great. She even sent me a Family Movie Night schedule for movies on the beach because she remembered we had young kids with us. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. We felt safe in the neighborhood. We especially enjoyed having front and back porches so we could find shade any time of the day. Ceiling fans in the bathrooms is genius! Considering adding them to our bathrooms at home. Thank you for everything.

Water Viewing Everywhere

We could see the gulf or bay from what seemed like every window. The front porch was ideal for enjoying life at a slower pace. There was nearly no traffic. We have zero issues or complaints. Would love to stay there again.

Beach Haven

Beach house was perfect! We were just a couple but it would be great for 2 couples and children. House is nicely furnished and the beach is just a stroll across the street. Nice covered porch with comfy chairs for morning coffee. A small beach umbrella and beach chairs are available to take to the beach. Nice family community with a seafood company that will steam your seafood to go. Don’t forget your sunscreen and have a wonderful stay!

Great home across the street from the beach. Home was exactly as advertised. Had a group of 6 adults and 1 kid and the layout was perfect for what we wanted. Owner was very polite and communicative throughout the whole process. Overall would recommend and stay there again.

Had a great time. House was perfect for our family. Oweners of the home were fantastic. We loved the laid back atmosphere. Beach was great. Not wall to wall people like other beaches. We cooked all meals at the house. Gave us more time together,With no rush. Can't say enough about dauphin island.
