This newly renovated cute and cozy guest suite is a part of our residence. What once used to be an old motel we have turned into our home. Conveniently located near Cobleskill, Howes Caves, Oneonta, Cooperstown/Dream Parks (30 minutes), Albany, Lake Sacandaga and more!

Really adorable place! My husband, son (5yrs), and I stayed here when visiting Cooperstown (about 40 mins away). We enjoyed dinner and the used bookstore in Cobleskill and had plenty of space to play our favorite board games at. This place was very easy to find, conveniently located (from LI we drove here Friday, made Cooperstown a day trip Sat, and drove back on Sunday), super clean, well renovated and decorated and the host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again if back in the area!

Shannon was very welcoming from day one and attentive to all of our needs. The kitchen was well-stocked with an air fryer/oven, skillet, microwave, coffee pot, and keurig. We enjoyed getting away from NYC for the weekend and seeing the leaves change. We’ll definitely be back should we need another getaway!

Perfect spot near SUNY Cobleskill for the weekend. Host want very accommodating & helpful. Place is quaint, clean & took care of all our needs. Would def recommend!

We were there for SUNY Cobleskill graduation weekend. The suite was very clean and very homey. The bedroom was very nice with a comfortable bed and the decor in the entire suite was beautiful. It was very close to the college. We enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it to others!

Parents weekend stay

My son SUNY Cobleskill and this was the perfect place to stay on our visit. It's only 10 minutes from campus. It was the perfect size, everything was comfortable and I would stay here again.

Quiet and Quaint

This place far exceeded our expectations! It was quiet, quaint, and only about 30 minutes from Cooperstown All Star Village! We were there to see my son play and I looked forward to coming back each night to relax! The bed was amazing and the amenities were perfect!!!

Hidden Gem!!

This lodging is what made my trip to Cooperstown so special with my two young boys!! No doubt, it is so much better to not stay in downtown Cooperstown and see the beautiful scenery on the short ride from this rental. The rental is simply perfect! It has everything you could want: dishes, silverware, coffee, toaster over, microwave, fridge, every small detail has been thought out and planned for by this owner. Everything is brand new!! The beds are extremely comfortable, tons of pillows! This owner put so much love and care into this unit. This place is a hidden gem, and if it’s available for when you plan to visit Cooperstown, book it immediately! 2 adults can fit in the bed which is in its own separate room, and two small children can fit in the pull out sofa bed.

My dad and I had a great stay. All of the attention to detail was appreciated. Though it is not a full kitchen, it had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, very clean space. The property owners were friendly and so easy to communicate with, starting the day before we arrived saying everything was ready for us. I would gladly stay here again if I am ever in the area.
