Located in the beautiful gated Oceanwalk Resort, central to the no drive beach of exquisite New Smyrna, this condo is unlike any other! Covered garage & elevators available as well! Enjoy a washer/dryer in unit for your laundering needs. Condo offers beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, etc! Enjoy a nature trail and deeded beach path for a 5 minute walk to the beach! Come stay and RELAX!

The private gated community has a deed restricted private beach path to the car free portion of New Smyrna Beach. Oceanwalk is an exclusive gated community resort with fantastic amenities: gyms, saunas, two seasonally heated pools, two poolside spas, bocce court, two tennis courts with lighting, two shuffleboard courts, a basketball court, BBQ gas grill areas and two gorgeous clubhouses to enjoy. Whether its relaxation, activities or entertainment you're looking for, this condo has everything a perfect vacation needs!

There are tons of local eateries, shopping, and salons available within a short drive, bike ride or Uber. One hour drive from Orlando, 20 minutes from Daytona International Speedway and Airport!

There are no restrictions on what the guests have access to other than property nightly closures. The private parking garage is safe to leave bicycles locked up and protected from the weather.

Short drive to all the many things Central Florida has to offer! Enjoy Boardwalk strolls to the beach and through the thick tropical forest located right out the back of this condo. The scenic nature trail that stretches along the estuary on the backside of the property to enjoy the natural Florida landscaping and wildlife.

-Please return all beach toys and chairs to their original places. -If any items are broken, please let us know so we can repair them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great location, lots of amenities

We were originally a bit disappointed that we could not find any properties on the beach, but this is definitely the next best thing. Just a short walk to the beach, and many additional amenities including very nice pools. Owners provide all the supplies needed for a day at the beach or pool. Condo is much larger overall than most of the ones that we have stayed at in the area. The owners were very responsive and flexible. Nice that they include basic supplies, as noticing that more and more owners provide very little.
