"The Blue Pete" - a beautiful luxury home located in the exclusive custom home section of the private and serene Pointe West Community. This beachfront, vacation home is ready for making memories and is THE closest front row beach home to the Pointe West Beach Club allowing you to be pool or beachside within minutes.

Offering over 3500 sq. feet of living space, with 5 bedrooms & 3.5 bath. The main living area offers a open floor plan that connects the living, dining, & kitchen together. Soak in the direct gulf views from the living area or walk out onto the spacious balcony overlooking the gulf. There is a huge downstairs shaded entertainment space with built in bar. Perfect for hosting, grilling, playing cornhole or watching the kids enjoy the outdoor yard space. Post your vacation fun on social media with high-speed internet or relax on the sofa and enjoy a movie. In the cooler months, relax with a glass of wine or a best seller by the fireplace. Hungry? Get ready to be the family chef in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Dine indoors or al fresco!

Accommodating 15 guests with a king bed in the En-suite master, a queen bed in guest rooms 2, 3 & 4 and the 5th bedroom offers fun bunks for the kids, (1 set is a twin over a full, the other a twin over twin). All bedrooms have a smart TV except the bunk room. In addition, there is a Flex room offering a full-size futon bed & a queen air mattress.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our beach, by far the best on the island! You are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston attractions.

The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
• Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
• Hot tubs
• Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
• Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
• The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.

Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.

•     Check out: 11 AM
•     Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase.
•     All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required.
No refunds or alternative accommodations are provided for elevator outages.
•     Minimum age requirement: 26+
•     No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.

This house was just lovely! The decor was so beautiful, it was well-appointed and had everything we needed (including all kitchen and bathroom amenities) and was very spacious. The location was perfect with a spectacular view of the ocean. And the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous home

This was a beautiful, well-equipped home in an excellent location. It was so easy to get to the beach. We enjoyed peaceful sunsets on the beach and some of us got up to watch the sunrise on the back patio. Lots of room for a large group. We hope to come back again!

Family Vacation

Everything was great! The home was clean, well appointed, spacious and ideally located to the club and beach. The property manager was amazing. The 4 bedrooms that were separate from the primary bedroom had an adjoining game room / living area that was ideal for our adult kids and grandkids. The expansive back deck had amazing views of the beach and was fully equipped with eating and sitting areas. An amazing property!

Great getaway spot!

Went last minute as Ian disrupted our Caribbean vacation plans. The house is beautiful with views to match. Lots of community paths for bicycling and beach walkover is steps away. Spent most of the time on the back deck listening to the waves and watching the morning sunrise. Great communication and check in/out was a breeze. Will be back with the rest of the family. Highly recommend.

Family Fun

We made the journey with 11 people ranging in age from 4-83. We can’t say enough as to how this property met any and all expectations from the advertising. Responses were almost immediate and check in/out instructions were easy and well listed. Access to the beach and club…. I’ll just say we were “front row”! This home is spacious, super clean and wonderfully furnished and decorated. We highly recommend this property!

May 2023 Beach Trip

This is a beautiful house and was perfect for myself, my daughter, my granddaughter and my two small great grands. If you have never used a convection stove I would suggest the owner/ managers supply written instructions. Also the floor mirror in the master bedroom should be secured especially if there's children in your party. We look forward to staying at this beautiful home again.

Very spacious home

This home is quite spacious! And it is extremely well supplied, down to Tide Free laundry detergent! The home has an excellent location - near the boardwalk to the beach, as well as close to the Point West Resort for swimming pools, billiards and exercise equipment, and a grill and bar to supply one with food and drink - all of which our family utilized. We especially enjoyed sitting on the home's back deck while enjoying the ocean waves and cooling breeze. And everyone loved having their own bedroom with TV and bathroom. It was a lovely vacation in the Blue Peter! One small caveat is that the master bathroom mirror is completely hazy - left, right and center - something that cleaning will not rectify.

Fantastic location

What a great house in a great location. We were maybe 100 steps away from the boardwalk that lead to the beach and about 400 steps away from the entrance to the Resort Pool. Super convenient. And the rental had everything we needed to enjoy the beach...boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels and 2 wagons to carry everything. The layout of the house was great, lots of space for us 8 adults, 3 kids (11,9,8) and one dog to spread out. Kitchen had every appliance we needed to cook (loved the air fryer). They even provided skewers for roasting marshmallows at the fire pit (we used the pit that was at the lazy river pool on the bay side-I definitely recommend buying the resort bands, especially if you are staying for more than 4 days- well worth the price of 25 per person/per stay). The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Felt safe. Beach wasn't crowded. Not a lot of shells to find (thank goodness I packed a couple handful from home-I planted them on the beach in the morning before the kids went out) We really had a great time. I certainly would rent this house again

This was the most perfect home for our girlfriend getaway! Closest home to the beach ramp and beach club. Wonderful amenities. There was nothing that we needed that they didn’t have! Including keurig pods!!
