"The Blue Pete" is THE closest front row beach home to the exclusive Pointe West Beach Club allowing you to be pool or beachside within minutes.

"The Blue Pete" offers 3500 sq. feet of living space, with 5 bedrooms & 3.5 bath. The main living area offers a generous & open floor plan that connects the living, dining, & kitchen together. Soak in the direct ocean front views from the living area and walk out onto the spacious balcony overlooking the gulf. There is a huge downstairs shaded entertainment space with built in bar, perfect for grilling, playing cornhole or watching the kids enjoy the outdoor yard space. Perfect for hosting your family & friends. Post your vacation fun on social media with high-speed internet throughout. Relax on the sofa and enjoy a movie and in the cooler months, relax with a glass of wine or a best seller by the fireplace. Hungry? Get ready to be the family chef in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Dine indoors or al fresco, it's your choice!

Accommodating 15 guests with a king bed in the En-suite master, a queen bed in guest rooms 2, 3 & 4 and the 5th bedroom offers fun bunks for the kids, (1 set is a twin over a full and the other a twin over twin). All bedrooms have a smart TV except the bunk room. In addition, there is a Flex room that offers a full-size futon bed & a queen air mattress.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach, by far the best on the island! You are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston and other attractions.

RESORT FEE:
Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs and a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase. Resort sponsored activities are offered seasonally for family fun.

The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note fees are non-refundable. We suggest you purchase closer to your arrival. For questions about the fee or amenities, contact the Beach Club at Purchase of the resort amenity wristband is optional.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 11:00 a.m. *You are welcomed before check-in and after check-out to enjoy the beach and other resort amenities if you have purchased and obtained your wristbands.
*Please note that the home is accessible only by stairs .
*Age Requirement is 26+ *Sorry, No Wedding, Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*Cancellations 31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refund or transfer of dates.

Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur.
