Amazing Stay!

This property was everything we could have hoped for on our family getaway! The owners were very accommodating and responsive making sure we had everything we needed. The house was so spacious and clean as well! We will certainly be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this property!! When we needed advice on a matter after we arrived, the owner was very prompt and supportive of our needs. The issue was resolved quickly- the owner even sent us a sweet treat for the inconvenience. We appreciate that so much! The location of this home is perfect, close to everything! Highly recommended!!

We are from Park City, Utah and we love the skiing in the mountains almost as much as we love the beach. We love hosting because we love people and love to connect with so many interesting guests from all over.

Why they chose this property

We love this peaceful, gated community so close to the beautiful Emerald coast and yet surrounded by so many fantastic shopping and restaurant choices.

What makes this property unique

The interior of the home is comfortable yet classy, spotless yet cozy. There is plenty of room for a crowd but with TV's and comfortable cooling memory foam mattresses in every room, and multiple patios, there is plenty of private space for everyone. The garage is stocked with everything you need for a fun day at the beach - bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and boogie boards but if you want to relax at home you can stroll over to the community pool, fish in the community ponds, throw something yummy on the grill, or bake up something delicious in the well-stocked kitchen.
