We are steps to UNCW , the hospital, and10 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach or our popular Downtown. We take great pride in taking great care of our guests . We offer a clean and comfy roomy home with TV's in each room for your entertainment . Offering an amazing , Unforgettable travel experience above the rest! Customer Service is very important to us! The home has just been completely and stylishly updated and furnished. It's in a quiet area with a large yard that's great for kids and cookouts. For families we provide boogie boards, kids sun shade tent, beach towels, beach umbrella , and a medium wheeled cooler. We also provide a booster seat high chair , a pack n play among other things.

Great location close to campus

We stayed here while moving a child into UNCW and loved the place. The owner was available but not intrusive and corrected a small issue before we even arrived (the ice maker had broken so they provided bagged ice before we arrived). We will definitely stay again!

Great Stay and Fantastic Owner

Our stay was great. The owner was in contact with us from the start of our stay there till the end. The home was in great condition when we arrived and it was an easy process in and out. Our family age ranged from 3-84 and the home was well suited for all our needs. Not to mention it’s perfect placement for easy access to everything. 15 minutes and you could be to anything. Highly recommend this property and the owners.

Location Location Location!

Our stay was wonderful and the location allowed us to be right between Downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. All of our rooms were very clean and the property manager was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a place to stay look no further!

This is a property that fits many types of travelers. Contractors, short term employees, and various medical field employees coming into town for specific jobs, families with children, the elderly since it is a one story home, UNCW families since we are steps away from campus ,hence the name Seahawks, and have now become a premier host for the school families due to the many that we host, a combination of families traveling together due to the large space, and anyone else that wants to come to Wilmington for any reason at all. We keep the home stocked with anything you could possibly need , and if it's a reasonable needed request of something that is not available , and it's in our power to accommodate that request , we will supply it. We offer a clean , cozy , home centrally located and very comfortable in a great family neighborhood. We always go above and beyond for our guests who we treat as extended family.
