The first floor has access to the elevator, pool, hot tub, and deck with a fish cleaning station, boat slip, and natural gas bbq pit.

The second floor is accessible by either elevator or stairs and has 3 master suites each with en suite bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have 2 queen beds each, and 1 bedroom has a king bed. The full granite kitchen has all the amenities you will need to entertain your family and friends, and there are two separate living areas with comfortable couches, chairs and large TVs.

The third floor is accessible by either elevator or stairs and has 1 master suite, 2 bunk rooms, and a living area with with couches, chairs and large TV. The master suite has 1 queen bed; 1 bunkroom has 2 twins over full bunk beds, and one bunk room has 3 twins over twin bunk beds. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There is also a sleeper/sofa in the upstairs living area.

All beds, pillows, and bedding are very comfortable, so you wake up well-rested and ready for another day on the water or just relaxing and taking in the breathtaking views.

The home includes a beautiful splash pool with an oversized hot tub. The hot tub is available for an additional cost.

Enjoy the stunning views from the three large decks (two back decks overlook Little Bay, and one in the front has views of Aransas Bay and the canals of Key Allegro). Or, sit by the sparkling pool on the ground-level deck (over 1,300 sq ft) and watch the dolphins swim or birds dive for fish.

Love to fish? Fish right off the deck 24 hours a day. We have 2 green fishing lights off your deck for you to catch your fresh catch! If you want to bring your boat, there is a private boat slip and lift at the home for an additional fee.

This home is just minutes from Rockport Beach and downtown Rockport where you will find cute shops and dining.

Take leisurely bike rides and walks through beautiful Key Allegro Island or stroll down Bay Shore Drive and pick up shells along the way. There are many terrific restaurants near the island. A few of our favorites are Latitudes, 495, Moondogs, Charlotte Plummers, Paradise Key, and The Grove.
