Pristine lakehouse at The Reserve at Holiday Landing with all the essentials you'll need for a relaxing week at the lake. Cul-de-sac community with private access to Tims Ford Lake and Blue Gill Grill & Marina - just a short stroll down a paved golf cart path to all your #lakehouse goals! Sleeps six/seven with loads of room inside to gather for meals at the large dining table or take in a movie night or game on the LARGE SCREEN TV. Double patio doors let in the sunshine and lead to the cozy raised deck; it's the perfect space to savor your morning java or toast to the good life with family and friends. Plenty of comfy chat seating for outdoor meals or to warm up by the fire -- your choice!. Be sure to meander down to the edge of our backyard and roast s'mores around our rustic firepit in the evenings. Rustic luxe accommodations, with the bonus of launching your own boat (or a marina rental) just minutes away.

You'll want to stay the whole week to be sure to tour the famous Jack Daniels Distillery, where ole Jack made his claim to fame, only a short 15-20 minute drive (12 miles). Book your lunch early at Miss Mary Bobo's, as this little gem fills up fast! And if you're a really big whiskey fan (who isn't?), George Dickel's Distillery is also just around the corner (14 miles). If your dream vacation includes a day trip to the most popular travel destination in the WORLD (June of '22 -- Nat Geo said so!), the trip to Nashville is only a 90 min drive to the heart of Tennessee. Looking for something more charming? The historic town of Chattanooga, featuring Rock City, Ruby Falls & Lookout Mountain -- and the fancy of many a country crooners eye -- is also easily attainable in an easy and scenic day trip (80 miles).

Tim’s Ford State Park, one of the most breath-taking parks in the state of Tennessee, is minutes away. Be sure to check out all the activities our State Parks offer and all the insta-worthy photo opps the native scenery provides. Four other state parks are within a short drive and will allow you to experience the beauty of Tennessee at its finest — the gorgeous views and all the smile-making activities are endless!

Fall Break Recharge

We had a blast just being together at The Reserve. The rental was perfect for a family Cornhole tournament and place for us to just be together during fall break. We definitely enjoyed the back porch in the evenings. The property was great - it truly couldn't have been better for us.

Birthday celebration weekend

We rented this house for the weekend to celebrate our youngest sons 13th birthday. The house was the perfect size for the 6 of us, well decorated, very clean, and great location to the lake. We rented a boat for the day on Saturday and enjoyed our time here! Thank you!

The property was very clean and well maintained. We were all impressed with how nice it was. Large bedrooms and open kitchen/living room/dining area. Ample parking even with a boat and close access to the boat ramp and marina. The management company was very accomidating and responsive. We liked it so much we extended our stay.

VERY cute place. Great Location.

First off, communication with the property managers was so quick. They always replied to me within minutes with any questions I had. The house was so cute, exactly as pictured and perfect for my family of 5 and my parents to spend a weekend at the lake. We really liked that we felt at home there, not like we were staying in someone else’s house. The check in was very easy, fridge was nice and clean (always hate when there are a bunch of weird condiments), beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit on the deck. The driveway was big enough to fit a boat, truck and SUV. Location was great being close to the marina restaurant. My kids fished off the community dock. My only suggestion would be to offer a golf cart or golf cart rental with the house. We had family up the street whose house came with a golf cart and without it, the walk down the cart path to the marina would have been long. We had a great weekend and would DEFINITELY come stay here again.

Come experience all the little things that make such a big difference in an air bnb -- you will be greeted at the door with beautiful and thoughtful touches, enjoy a welcome basket customized just for you, and fall asleep on designer sheets that hug a comfy cradle of a mattress. Expect spacious rooms and walk-in closets where you can spread out and take in the scenery. Enjoy a well-stocked coffee bar that offers the option of a single cup or a whole pot of delicious coffee to share amongst friends -- either way, sit back and pamper yourself with plenty of A-list reading material, old-fashioned board/card games or all the Netflix you need to catch up on. No one's watching the clock here, so sleep in or stay up late... just be sure not to miss the lake and it's breathtaking sunsets! (Or the live entertainment on weekends at the Bluegill Grill and Marina -- pretty cool stuff for a place called Tullahoma). We'll leave the light on for ya....

What makes this property unique

Yup... that's an old fashioned fire ring way down at the bottom of the yard near the tree line and while we can't promise that this burning ring of fire is related to love in any way, we do promise that marshmallows taste wayyy better when they're toasted. And what good is a s'more without a gooey burnt marshmallow to melt the chocolate? Pack up that s'mores kit on your way in, and find the classic campfire forks we provide (oh yes we did!) before the stars come out. Then mosey on down to that rustic theatre seating and wait for the fireflies and the night sky to set the stage. (The rest is up to you, but you're probably gonna wanna grab a lighter also). That's it -- you're officially a hero now =)
