Set the thermostat to 77
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The HOA requires age verification/car information from all guests. Stays over 1 month have additional cleaning and utility fees. Non negotiable.
No smoking throughout the unit and grounds. There are smoke sensing systems on site. Penalty applies No bike, kayak, etc storage in the unit.
