Escapade spacieuse récemment rénovée avec vue sur l'océan!

Ceci est une perle rare! Nous venons de terminer la rénovation du condo pour faire de votre séjour des vacances de luxe spectaculaires. Nous avons installé de nouveaux comptoirs en granit, des appareils Whirlpool, du parquet et du carrelage, des salles de bains, de magnifiques nouveaux meubles, des tissus haut de gamme pour la literie, des matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme, des œuvres d'art, du matériel de plage, etc. Superbes vues sur l'océan, à côté de la jetée de Cocoa Beach, à distance de marche des restaurants et des magasins, de la piscine face à l'océan, d'excellents équipements, tout ce dont vous avez besoin est votre maillot de bain! Nous serions ravis de vous accueillir, vos amis et amis!

Bienvenue à Cocoa Beach! Notre luxueux condo (au 2e étage) est bien un 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain avec vue sur l'océan avec un emplacement sans pareil. L'unité est à un jet de pierre de la célèbre jetée de Cocoa Beach où il y a une variété d'activités pour tous les âges!

Cocoa Beach Towers est l'un des rares bâtiments avec une piscine en bord de mer afin que vous puissiez nager et profiter d'une vue magnifique sur la jetée et l'océan. De plus, il y a une pelouse avant avec un green et un coin salon qui est parfait pour voir les lancements de fusées, les couchers de soleil ou tout simplement bronzer! Le balcon offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan.

Bien que la liste indique «aucun remboursement», nous comprenons que des choses se produisent. Si vous devez annuler votre réservation et que vous nous en informez au moins 30 jours avant l'enregistrement ou plus tôt, nous ne facturerons pas la seconde moitié du paiement.

"Professional - Courteous - Responsive" can't say enough great things about Happy Palm Stays. Both Amber and Zareh made our trip and 8 day stay with a group of 7 feel like a 5 star resort. The heated pool, easy access to the beach, extra's for unit, tennis and pickleball made this Christmas trip so much fun for everyone. I highly recommend this property/unit and the management company (Happy Palm Stays) was amazing. We plan to book for next Thanksgiving or Christmas!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was spacious and had all the beach items we needed. We enjoyed the location and walked to dinner at the Pier and other restaurants. We even played tennis on the courts with the tennis racquets provided in our closet. I contacted the host to ask for more blankets for my kids and were delivered two more that day a thank you! We had a wonderful trip and hope to return soon.

Great Location in Cocoa Beach

We had a great stay at this property. It's right on the beach, and it conveniently has beach equipment for use (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.). It's also conveniently located to shops and restaurants in town. The property is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. We would 100% stay here again.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay ver much, the property was nice and had most of what we needed. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards etc to use at the beach. Condo was clean and had a nice starter supply of soaps and things. The owners were easy to get ahold of and great at communicating. Close to many activities and the beach was great and not super busy. Pool was big but way too warm!

Awesome week vacation

Very nice house! Everything is close. The beach, Publix grocery and restaurants are walking distance. We had some problems with the stove and Zareh was very fast answering me back and sending a technician to fix it. We are very happy with our stay.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our vacation in this condo. It's in a nice neighborhood, many restaurants, a grocery store and of course the beach. The condo is stocked with everything that you might need for cooking a meal. We made breakfast every day before heading out. Cooler, beach chairs, towels were also supplied.

My family and I enjoyed our entire week vacation

The condo was located right next to the beach. Walking distance to food, swimming stores and a grocery store. Quiet neighborhood. The pool was refreshing after spending time at the beach. Recommend the Ale House just at the end of the street. Great food and drinks. We look forward to booking our next vacation at the end of this year.

Amazing unit

We were down in Cocoa Beach for the Worlds USSSA Slow Pitch softball tournament. The condo was spacious and very clean. We had plenty of room for the number of people in our room. Close to all the amenities we were wanting to be close to.

Family Holiday

The apartment is just as advertised and in a prime position, a few steps from the beach and pier, and close to many wonderful restaurants. Communication with the property company was excellent, always quickly answering questions, and provided lots of information regarding things to do and places to visit in the area. The apartment is well equipped, and has lots of beach equipment. The pool area was clean and had plenty of chairs, and was a great place to relax for a few hours. Many thanks to Zareh for all the help wit( the rental.

Perfect location and amazing property

This was exactly what we were looking for! Steps away from a beach and a short drive to stores and restaurants. We were only down for a couple days, but would love to come back and stay at this place again! Everything was new, clean and modern. The beds were super comfortable and there was an ample supply of towels and chairs for the beach. The host was amazing. Very friendly, welcoming and quickly responded to any questions. Thank you!!

Very well kept and beautifully decorated

Hurricane Irma cut our visit short. Otherwise the onsite manager and help were awesome and friendly folks. Grounds were impeccably kept. Condo was beautiful but must note that some of the dishes in the cupboard were wet and not really clean and the beach boards and umbrellas were all broken. Owner was fantastic to deal with.

We take our guests' feedback very seriously. We will look into the beach gear and get that replaced asap! Spacious!

Smooth arrival process, great communication, traveled with my family (mom, brother in law, 2 year old, 15 and 18 year old) place was big enough for all of us! Publix super close, exactly 1 hour away from Disney, literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, we will definitely be back. We bought a sponge, but they have a dishwasher, had enough toilet paper and paper towels, no need to bring shampoo/conditioner/body wash they have some here! Highly recommend!

Very Good stay

Clean condo , adequately stocked kitchen, good linens and towels. Close to pier. Seems to be managed well . Second floor condo farthest from the beach doesn’t give a great view of ocean but that was shown in photos so we knew that going in. Still heard the waves. Would recommend. Thank you.

Beach trip

We loved our stay. The apartment was spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed (minus a sponge). We loved how short the walk was to the beach. then heading to the pool later on in the day. It might have been the time we chose to take our vacation but often we were alone in the pool, or there was only one or two other people. The location is great. Walking distance to the pier and other bars and restaurants. Grocery store right across the street. We had one issue during our stay, and management followed up quickly and resolved it. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, beautiful Cocoa Beach condo!

We loved our stay at Cocoa Beach Towers #29! The unit was exactly as pictured. Immaculately clean, simply and beautifully decorated. The small balcony was a perfect place for early morning reading and our 1.5yo loved playing out there. Very short walk to the pool and beach. The pool was super clean, warm, and rarely very busy. Our host checked in with us multiple times and was extremely responsive when I asked a question about the checkout process. Our party included 4 adults and three children ages 7, 5, and 1.5. There are no toys in the apt so if you are traveling with children I do recommend bringing some with you or renting via Babyquip which is what we did. We also rented a beach wagon to transport all of our gear, and are glad we did so. We loved our stay and hope to return!
