Beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom beachside apartment. A short two minute walk to the sand - perfect for families or a group of friends looking to experience what the area has to offer.

Close walk to the Venice boardwalk and a short bike ride to the Santa Monica pier or 3rd St promenade. Or ride south to Abbot Kinney to enjoy the local restaurants and boutiques.

The space:

Wonderfully located and newly renovated! See the beach from your bedroom window or your back balcony area. All AC Heating systems and bathrooms have been updated. Washer & Dryer in the unit. Large full kitchen brand new appliances, living room with 70in TV.

Guest access:

The entire place is yours. There is a numerical keypad on the front door to make access simple and a reserved parking spot in the garage. Please note: garage entrance is off Main & Marine. As the property manager I am onsite and available 24hrs for your needs. 24hr security patrols the property.

Please note: Absolutely NO PARTIES, NO PETS and NO SMOKING. We will have to take the ENTIRE security deposit and do not want to be put in that position.

1 block South and you're in Venice explore the Venice boardwalk, Golds Gym, Muscle Beach and the Venice Canals.

Just a bike ride or short walk to Abbot Kinney: full of amazing restaurants, high-end shops, art galleries, funky boutiques, and more! Visit the Marketplace of Makers every Saturday!

First Friday on Abbot Kinney, Fun festive night out in Venice. Whatever food your craving chances are the food trucks will have it

1 block North and you're in Santa Monica, just a walk or bike ride away to the iconic Santa Monica Pier and 3rd Street Promenade. So much to do and explore here!

Getting Around:

You will be given a keycard for the garage that will give you in/out Access to the garage 24/7.

Bikes are available as part of the Santa Monica Bike Share program - 500 bikes at 80 stations. With their mobile app you can always find a bike near you.

Great location!

The condo was clean and well stocked with essentials. Location is perfect, steps from beach and Abbot Kinney and right on the border of Venice and Santa Monica.

Enjoyable Stay

We spent 4 weeks at this property and absolutely enjoyed our stay. Beach and Gold's Gym is within 5 minutes walking distance. So, we enjoyed working out and beach walks daily. Carl, the host is a very friendly, responsive, customer-oriented, and went out of his way to look after us.

Great place!

Beautiful place in a great location. Our host Carl was very easy to contact and went above and beyond in hospitality. Beds were very comfortable, towels were plush, way better than any hotel! I also appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine since most other places I’ve stayed have keurig which I don’t care for. Beach towels, chairs, toys were there for use as well. Overall luxurious stay, highly recommend.

easy and convenient

nice and clean apartment, very well located - the street noise for the master bedroom can be a bit disturbing if you are not a sound sleeper. Everything else is just as described and we had a great time as a family of five.

Fantastic apartment!

This apartment is super clean, airy and a fantastic location. So close to the beach, great restaurants and general conveniences. The parking spot is a major plus too. The only two minor issues I had were the location of the main door being directly on a main road and the noise in the master bedroom. Other than that it’s close to perfect.

clean and bright!!

Nice property to rent! Small touches that make stay nice like plenty of towels in the bathrooms and extras in the drawers in case a toothbrush or something like that is forgotten. Also loved the solid luggage stands for use in closet along with beach ready chairs, volleyball and a boogie board! Not all vrbo rentals put this kind of extra effort into their property. We would stay again!

Cali Girls Trip

This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend! Carl was the BEST! He met us on arrival, showed us everything we needed, responded very quickly to next day text questions, and is just the most polite and kind person. The VRBO was the cleanest place we have ever rented. The road noise in the main floor bedroom was annoying, but really loved the neighborhood shops and restaurants and it's so close to the beach! We had a wonderful stay and hope to return some day.

Family function

We were in town for a family celebration of life. The unit was super clean and very open and lots of space. It was just us and our 2 adult children. We were able to easily walk to and on the beach. Shower and dress for dinners and celebration with ease. The parking space was BOMB. Easy and close to LAX. It was great. Thank you~

Clean and Simple

This was a great stay for our family. We have older humans so they stayed upstairs together in the large room with bathroom and balcony. My husband and I stayed downstairs in the King Room. I was disappointed the bathroom was not in the bedroom, but that was the biggest inconvenience. Beds are super comfy, unit is clean, we could see the beach from our bedroom window, very easy to go down to the beach. Great stay and Carl was ann awesome Host. I recommend for anyone traveling through needing a place to land, regroup, and enjoy Santa Monica.

Perfect Family & Friends Get Away

Highly Recommend. Great location & Gorgeous Place. Even better than expected. One block from the beach and all the action. Walking distance to everywhere. Secure & Covered Parking. Super kitchen and bathrooms. Clean. Nicely furnished. All 3 beds got comments on how comfortable they were. Beach toys. Beach towels. Host very responsive and accommodating to our unique requests. I would stay again...and recommend to close friends.

Bright & Clean

We had a lovely time staying at Carl’s condo. Carl was helpful and responsive, true customer service! The space was perfect for our family and it was so clean. I'm a neat freak and when we walked in it was so crisp, clean and bright. To top off my joy, there was a broom and dust pan in the corner...this won me over. We have 2 boys and we work hard to keep things tidy but there are always crumbs from something and having a broom or hand-vac is a dream come true! Thank you, Carl! Everything was easy to get to as well, just walking distance from the unit. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

So very clean and easy to use. Just steps from the beach.

I loved it. Had the feel of a commercial building redone into units. Lots of space. The road noise was a little loud outside but that's santa monica. The manager Carl was especially nice to work with.

This location was perfect!

Can’t say enough about this property and Carl’s responsiveness. Two blocks from the beach and walking distance to restaurants! Carl was fantastic!!! Went above and beyond and always answered his phone when/if we needed something. The other reviews mention loud street noise from the master - we brought a little white noise machine and there was no issue. I’d highly recommend booking!

Weekend at Venice beach + shops

Carl, the host, greeted us as soon as we arrived and gave us a tour of the property. It is in a key location. It is walking distance to the beach and about a 7 min drive to the local shops and restaurants on Abbott Kinney blvd. The refrigerator was nicely stocked with water bottles ready for our use. I was impressed with what the coffee cabinet offered. However, one concern would be the road noise when staying in the master bedroom. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

Great location

The property was very clean. We loved the oversized tv and modern furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms had plenty of extra towels and supplies. What made this property great though is the location. The beach is just down the street, and many good restaurants within walking distance. A Whole Foods is close by for added convenience. The only negative was the street noise at night, but ear plugs worked great. We would definitely stay here again.
