Quiet neighborhood on the edge of town, but still close to Downtown and Campus. Two dedicated parking spots in the driveway plus additional street parking.

Dedicated private outdoor space with outdoor eating and a grill.

House is set up for week plus stays and includes a full kitchen and everyday essentials needed, full washer and dryer in garage, coffee maker, water kettle, flat screen smart tv, heat pump/air conditioning.
