Jay Peak 3 Bedroom Trailside Condo directly on the mountain. Walk to water park

Memory building Trailside Condo on the snowiest mountain in the East. This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has lots of amazing natural light and is located directly on the mountain at Jay Peak resort with a location that is close to everything! A short walk through the parking lot and you can ski directly down to Vermont's only Ariel Tram. Take the Queens Highway Trail cut out and ski directly back to the condo down a regularly groomed path and through the glade to the back deck. Walk, not drive, to the Pump House Indoor Water park, the restaurants at Hotel Jay, Taiga Spa, or the Ice Haus Skating Center. Feel free to take the free resort shuttle if your legs are burning from Jet laps.

The condo boasts a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a gas range, dishwasher and refrigerator, granite countertops, microwave, coffee maker, waffle iron, panini press, blender, and all the utensils and accessories for cooking your family meals or whipping up a drink (hot cocoa too). Large dining table, stone gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, washer, dryer, books, games, semi-private back yard, and a back deck for the warmer seasons.

The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king size bed and a desk, for those who need a space to sneak some work in (but why would you?). The second bedroom features two (2) twin over full bunk beds and plenty of room to spread out, with a Roku equipped TV for the kids down time. The third bedroom is located on the main level and has a queen-sized bed. There are full-sized bathrooms on both the upper and lower floors; the upstairs bath boasts a tub and heat lamp while the downstairs bath will win you over with dual head showers to warm you up after your day on the mountain.

Whether you are seeking the adrenaline rush of the best glades and steeps of the east, looking to marvel at the spectacular fall colors of the Green Mountains or pamper yourself at the spa, Jay Peak provides something for everyone - the perfect family getaway and retreat with your loved ones! Did we mention that Jay has the MOST NATURL POWDER IN THE EAST?!?! Yes, the Jay Cloud IS REAL (google it)!

The location is perfect for the amenities that the resort provides. Walking distance to the water park, the tram, golf clubhouse, restaurants and the Ice Haus. The house is clean, tidy and has everything you need for a functional, luxurious stay all at a good rate — not to mention the beautiful view from the upstairs window. I would 100% recommend this location as a “go-to” for anyone at any age. Plus, the host is communicable and hospitable. 10/10.

Spring Ski trip

Family of 3 came for a lovely stay during spring snow. We had a wonderful ski trip. The home was nice and clean and the layout was comfortable. Christopher was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our special requests. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Great place!

Ski-in/Ski-out with all the necessary amenities, the photos make the place look smaller than it is. We were 8 (2 families of 4) in there without an issue, and had plenty of room. Would recommend.

Great location for two families

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was perfect for 2 families (4 adults & 4 children) and we loved being able to walk everywhere. It was clean & very comfortable. Christopher was a wonderful host! Would definitely recommend & if/when we ever visit Jay again - we would want to stay here!

Cozy getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Jay Peak. The property is amazingly located for the slopes and the amenities, but is also a really pleasant place to relax and unwind while the snow is falling outside. It's surprisingly spacious and has everything you could wish for to make your stay cozy & comfortable. Really great!

We just came back from a great stay at the property. Very clean and had everything we needed on premises. The location was great for ski in/ski out, and also for walking to restaurants, stores, rentals etc. Enjoyed games and puzzles there too. Great communication with owner.

Great Stay at Jay

This location is great— if you’re staying for a hockey tourney I don’t think you can get closer to the rink. A little homier than the resort-owned units (we’ve stayed at Golf & Mountain and this is better)— this setup was great for our two boys, hubby and I, as well as my dad. Plenty of space to hang out or retreat if we wanted. As others noted, the kitchen is well-appointed for a rental. The unit is spacious— kids’ room much larger than it appears in the photo. There were ample supplies, towels, dishware, etc. We’ll look to stay here again if we find ourselves back at this resort. Thanks, Chris!

Perfect place to stay at Jay

First impressions when we walked in was how clean the place was. Spacious, clean and comfortable. For our family, being removed from the main hotel yet having all the amenities of home was perfect. Parking is at the front door and the property is in great condition. Check in was easy and the communication was great. Highly recommend

Summer getaway

Immaculate and spacious condo a minute walk from the hotel and ice hause. Our group of two parents, two college kids and a middle schooler enjoyed all the space to spread out. The kitchen was better equipped than the one we have back home! Perfect location for a day trip to Montreal.

Perfect Stay at Jay

Chris was a great host and the location of the condo is just spectacular. We didn't use our car the entire trip, skiing and stopping back "home" for lunch was a breeze, and the water park was just a short walk away. I can't imagine we would choose to stay anywhere else when returning to Jay.

We love Jay peak. This is not a cold, vanilla rental property near a ski resort. (Actually, it is pretty cold here, but not in that sense.) It is a family Condo ON the mountain to build memories in. We discovered Jay Peak for it's reputation as the snowiest ski resort in the east, and I used to day trip 6 hours one way at times, just to experience it. People say Jay is further away and we say, yes, yes it is; and worth every minute. Shorter lift lines, better snow, better glades, more to do and less to worry about is why we became addicted to Jay. We fell in love with the killer glades, deep powder and some of the sickest steeps in Vermont (The face will get your heart pumping as you ride up the tram and the unmarked chute "ambulance alley" should sum things up nicely) Jay has a unique, laid back culture of it's own and we hope you'll fall in love too. Oh, and did we mention Jay is the only mountain in Vermont who solved the problem of "Dad, we don't want to ski in the freezing rain" with a giant indoor water park, ice arena, climbing center, arcade, movie theater and ample opportunities for decompressing with adult beverages.
