We wish we had known about your concerns during your stay, as we would have been happy to provide additional supplies and help with any questions about operating the mini-split systems. We take concerns about moisture seriously, so we checked humidity levels throughout the home after checkout and found them to be within the normal range, with no issues identified. We understand that stairs are not ideal for everyone, and we appreciate you highlighting this for future guests. While the home's layout is not something we can change, we want guests to have a clear understanding of the property's features before booking.
