This house was perfect in all the ways. It had everything one needed. It was clean, decorated well and had so much charm. We loved the front porch sunroom for our morning coffee. The property manager was quick to respond in the booking process with the couple questions we had. We will absolutely book this house (if available) the next time we are in town!

Lovely Home in Downtown Grand Junction

We had a great stay at the Butterfly house. The house is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. I enjoyed the large kitchen. Being close to downtown and Lincoln Park made it wonderful for walking.

Wonderful little house!

I travel a lot and use VRBO quite a bit. This was the perfect option for a quiet, clean, comfortable stay in Grand Junction. Close to everything and the property manager was just so helpful and responsive in every way. I'll definitely be back!

The house was exactly as described. I was visiting my son and his family who live in Grand Junction. I was the only one who stayed there, but having the space for them to hang out in was great. I have 3 grandkids and the backyard was a special feature. Plenty of room to play board games too.
