This is an original 1897 historic Saltbox apartment house that was completely renovated into 2 stylish apartments, a 3 bed, 2 bath unit and a 2 bed, 2 bath unit with an additional sleeping loft, side-by-side. The perfect spot for two families or a group of friends that want to travel together but might need a little break here and there, each unit is completely separate with a shared covered front porch and entry. There is off-street parking for 4 vehicles max, street parking is by permit only.

Great location for Fort Jackson graduation

We came to Columbia for our grandson's graduation from Basic Training. We rented both sides of the house. The property is nicely appointed. It is only about 15 minutes from the gate at Fort Jackson. Proximity is everything when you're required to be on base at a certain time. We gathered as a family for a meal after graduation. 11 people in one side was too much. But you know every good party stays in the kitchen! As a former facilities manager, I would recommend lighting under the cabinets in the kitchen. Also, the left side upstairs bathroom needs grab bars for the tub....that was one wicked step out of the shower. We were thankful to have a place everyone could gather. This will be a good family memory.

Great Location and the house was perfect!

We came down from Atlanta on a business trip. The location was perfect and very accessible to main highways. We took the entire house as we had 4 ladies. We each had a room with our own bath and enjoyed the other amenities of the kitchen and living areas. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and the communication with the owners was exceptional.Great trip...thank you!
