About this property

Stunning Beachside Villa with 6 BR & Pool. Perfect for groups. Just enjoy it!

Our "Villa Palmas Doradas" in Cabarete with 6 bedrooms for 12 people is just steps away from the white sandy beach.

We only rent the entire house, so you have complete privacy. There are no other guests or people in the house.

All 6 rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV/Netflix, and a large king-size bed. Each room has its own bathroom.

Our combined living room with a large dining area and integrated kitchen is furnished with enough tables and chairs for 12 people. There are also 2 large sofas and 2 armchairs.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We have a large stove with oven and a large refrigerator. Pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. are provided in sufficient quantities. You can also use a large gas grill.

Sun loungers and a parasol are available on the sun terrace with the pool.

You can also use our laundry room with a washer and dryer. A garage for one car is also available.

By arrangement, we also offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner for an additional charge. We can also organize a BBQ for you, just as you wish. A private chef is available upon request.

Here you can find absolute peace and relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of the center. Nevertheless, you are just a few minutes by car from the center with its many restaurants, lively nightlife, and water sports. The beach is almost on your doorstep and invites you to take long walks in either direction. You can also swim and surf. A surf school is very close by.

A small supermarket and several bars and restaurants are nearby and within walking distance.

We can also organize spectacular excursions and much more upon request for an additional charge.

We are guestfriendly. Everyone is always welcome in our little beach paradise!

Our friend trip (10 ppl) loved our stayed at Tom and Ana's villa! Ana's cooking was absolutely incredibly only second to her energy. We were absolutely thrilled that the beach is not more than 2 minute walk. The pool and rooms were clean, everybody enjoyed. We had some issues with the water and Tom was quick to have someone come and look at it. If you travel with a large family - be advised that hot water is a luxury. All that aside, Tom's willingness to help us plan our trip and Ana's welcoming spirit made this trip incredible. We look forward to our returns.

Ana from the start provided quick ongoing communication. We did not have electricity which was not her fault however generator back up was not very reliable. Highly suggest since this is a regular occurance that you provide candles/flash lights or suggest to your guest that they bring these itmes with them. House was very spacious meeting our groups needs; however villa needs to be better maintained. I would highly recommend a microwave.

I had a great time at the Villa very clean spacious and lovely. The host responded very quickly, and took care of any issues we had. I would definitely recommend staying here for future visits to Dominican Republic and also tell my friends.

My family loved the house. We only went for a weekend but we had a great time. The beds were comfortable, the pool was great, and we loved the overall layout of the house. Ana was also an amazing host, she was always available to answer any question we had 10/10. The only thing we would change are the curtains in the rooms because at 5 am the sun was shinning straight through, and some of the detachable shower heads weren't working properly. Aside from that it was an amazing stay.

Really Nice villa for large family

Our family loved the villa. The Location had plenty of rooms and bathrooms and a very open family space with pool. The host was wonderful and even offered the option of a chef with an extra charge. She was very attentive and was quick to answer any question, request or concerns. There were small groceries close by and the beach was at walking distance. The house was lerfect but had a few maintenance items that needed to be address like shower heads, air conditioners but we still had a great time.

Beautiful

Tom and Ana are fantastic. The house is very nice. There is no indoor family area. It is covered and there are many tables. The kitchen area is sufficient and well stocked with dishes. We traveled with an entire family and everyone has their own private space. The beach is maybe a 3 minute walk and for the most part, private! And no one is trying to sell you anything! It is very clean and lovely. Bring a beach towel. Ana catered a dinner for us and It was really good. She did a great job. The people in the neighborhood are friendly and helpful. We loved it. This is a great place for older kids and friend groups. (The pool would make me very nervous with little kids but certainly not a complaint, just a thought.)

The good the bad and the ugly….

To start, when we got there, the pool was not clean. There was random pieces of tissue floating in the pool. The owner later stated that the previous renters had dropped some sort of paper in the pool . Why it was not cleaned I’m not sure. But we cleaned out what the filters would not. Now to the good 😊. The individual rooms are awesome. Very well kept. Ac is amazing. I’m telling you now to make arrangements for the Bar B Q❤️❤️. You won’t be disappointed. The food is amazing amazing amazing!!! The hosts are available when needed and easily reachable. My only complaint would be that we had to end our trip early do to the house only having an inversor not a generator that would of been better with the power going off this causing us to have no water also.( even with the weather). This would of been helpful.

A little disappointing

I try to be fair and post some positives along with my negatives, but am having a difficult time with this one. The bedding was not to ‘my’ standards....pillows with mould unacceptable, no mattress or pillow ‘covers’. Kitchen clearly needs some attention...because it is outdoors ants, etc. get into everything. Lots of dishes, no mixIng bowls. The water even to wash and rinse dishes requires boiling, the showers sadly lacking water pressure and/or hot water. Very slippery around the pool...be careful. There is NO ocean view...perhaps when the second floor is added...which it looks like they’ve started. Sorry, I can’t give this house a good review. My husband said “I think that’s a fair review”

NIce place for a weekend getaway

Property was clean and well maintained. All the rooms are individual off the pool, that is about all the inside of the villa there is. We had a great time, Ana is very nice and she was patient and responded very quickly. The only thing that I wish we had was a safe.
