Our spacious and comfortable Timberline condominium faces Lake Dillon and has just been completely re-decorated in August, 2006 - new carpet, new paint, new curtains, elk chandalier, new television and dvd player and furniture. In 2014 we added granite countertops in the bath rooms and new lighting. Also, we have installed a mantel on the fireplace. The artwork is first class from our personal ciollection. We enjoy the 'lodge' look and have decorated with items from our personal collections. Enjoy your coffee or hot chocolate from the log swing on our large deck or dine outside in summer. Ground floor, corner unit, faces south-west.
Central to a number of ski areas - Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Vail, Beaver Creek, Copper Mountain, Loveland or Ski Cooper (where the 10th Mountain Division trained), Dillon is central to Summit County's year round activities - skiing, hiking, bicycling, golf, sailing and much more. Restaurants and shops, outlet shopping, Silverthorne Recreation Center (indoor pools, hottubs, exercise and track), cinema, Dillon Amphitheater with free concerts and events, summer Farmer's Market, Dillon BBQ in August and other Summit County events. Summit County is a magical place year round where we play, relax and recreate. We retreat to our lakefront condo to share meals with friends and enjoy the peace and beauty of the mountains and lake. You can now do what we do. Enjoy!!

View and Location
The unit is facing Dillon reservoir with great unobstructed view and right on the cycle / walking paths. The condo is spacious, well furnished and maintained.
Very nice. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Nice rustic decor. Very clean. :-) Love the fireplace. Close to shopping and grocery store. Great view of the mountains and Lake Dillon.
We spent 7 days at this wonderful condo over spring break! It was a great location, quiet and extremely nice and comfortable! Will definitely look into staying there again next time we're in Colorado!
Superbly equipped, spacious unit, with all the amenities, in great location
We just spent 7 wonderful days in this very well situated Central Dillon condo directly next to Lake Dillon located at 244 West Lodgepole Street in the Timberline building. The location is excellent as are walking distances to local eateries such as The Arapahoe Cafe and Pug Ryan's micro brew pub, plus only a half mile or so from the City Market (Kroger) grocery store, Dillon Ridge Liquors, Red Mountain Grille, etc. Also, getting to Main Street in Frisco from this unit is no more than a 10 minute proposition using the Dillon Dam Road, a mere three blocks away.
We couldn't have asked for a better equipped kitchen with all the pots, pans and cutlery you will ever need. We made Texas chili and found all the necessary spices in the spice cabinet to the far left of the sink. There are ample supplies of everything from bath towels, cleaning supplies, paper towels, and blankets and pillows. The in-unit Wi-Fi is very fast allowing us to watch YouTube how-to ski videos without skipping a beat. The oversize stone fireplace is another very nice feature.
The condo is super comfy, and as others have mentioned, has a full size washer/dryer combo in the utility room. The big sliding glass door onto the patio provide amazing views of Lake Dillon and the mountains. The capstone is the ease of renting directly through the owner (Daril) along with a very price friendly weekly rate given the unit's size, location and features. A similarly sized and equipped unit in Frisco would run at least $300+ more per week. I would encourage anyone with a group size up to 6 to seriously consider this well equipped, nicely furnished, and perfectly located unit. We will be back!
AMAZING DILLON CONDO!!
We had a great time at this condo at Timberline on Lake Dillon. Great location, with many restaurants and bars close by, grocery store within walking distance, and great amenities in winter as well as other seasons. Condo is comfortable, accurate as photos state, well stocked, abundant linens, great to have washer/dryer in unit for lengthy stays. Jetted tub in master bath is amazing. (Makes up for no pool/hot tubs in complex!) Great views of the lake and mountain range. Ground floor condo with few stairs to get to condo. Daril, the owner, was great to work with. We're very gracious to him for opening his home to my family and me. We would love to stay here again in the near future! We look forward to coming here this summer to utilize Lake Dillon. Thanks again to Daril for the use of his beautiful home! We look forward to working with you soon!
My boyfriend and father stayed here for 4 days during the ski season, and had a fantastic time. The condo is even better than the images, extremely cozy and well-kept. The kitchen is very well stocked with all types of cookware (even a crock pot!), the rooms are very comfortable, and the living room is perfect for lazy nights watching movies after a long ski day. One of the best features is the view of the lake, gorgeous in the winter with the snowy peaks behind it, and in summer it must be equally breathtaking. There's a supermarket nearby, a few bars and pubs, and the ski resorts are no more than 15 min away (Keystone, Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin).
All in all, a highly recommendable location to spend your getaway.
