THE PROPERTY: Plan your next vacation and stay at this charming Lazycabin. We are not directly on the lake, but close to a few. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom log home provides everything you need for an stress-free vacation. This home has a fabulous open floor plan with 3 bedrooms ( King-loft, Queen, Queen, queen-size sleeper living room, queen-size sleeper basement/game room). All bedrooms have new mattresses, 2 flat screen TVs (living room and family/game room), a bright well-equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, a family/game room, and an enormous yard with BBQ grill, fire pit, and sitting area. Toss bean bags. Plenty of parking space.

Enjoy a cup of coffee on the extra-large deck. Explore nearby lakes, beaches, state parks, golf courses, skiing resorts, and ATV/UTV trails.

Visit a Beach at Petenwell Lake, Castle Rock Lake, Friendship Lake, Arrowhead Lake, and Sherwood Lake.

Located just a short drive from Sand Valley Golf Resort, one of Wisconsin's premier golf destination. Many other golf courses nearby.

ATV/UTV roads to trails directly from the house.

At day's end, enjoy quality time around the bonfire or a fireplace inside the house.

Want to explore the famous Wisconsin Dells?.... Enjoy the best of both worlds.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY: Free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, bed linens, bath and kitchen towels, hairdryer, 2 beach towels, beach blanket, 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and 2 swimming noodles, 3 water guns. Paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher pods, dryer sheets, garbage bags, dish sponge, dish soap, regular soap, coffee/tea, and coffee syrups. Salt & Paper and other spices.
Gas grill (propane provided). Fire pit -one bundle of wood for the bonfire is provided (you can get additional wood at the gas station). Two Duraflame logs for the inside fireplace are provided for your stay. Please use only Duraflame logs for the house fireplace.

POLICIES:
No smoking/vaping
No events/parties. $50 per person/night will be charged for any additional guests over 10 people. Limit 10 ppl at the property at all the time.
Must be at least 25 years old to book
Additional fees and taxes may applied
A photo ID may be required upon check-in.

NOTE:
A $1000 fine will be strictly enforced for any indication of large parties or events on this property. Please follow our no events/parties policy to avoid fines.

$500 Pet fee- Please adhere to our no-pets rule.

$100/hr. fee for late departures. Please depart before 11:00 am and respect the cleaner's time to clean for the next guests. Thank you!

Your safety matters. An exterior security camera is located at each entrance door and garage.

There are no refunds for appliance failure (including air conditioning), utility failure, internet failure, or circumstances beyond our control, including weather.

Also, you are tucked into nature, surrounded by trees, fresh air, and the occasional visit from a ladybug or other small critters. While we do our best to keep the space clean and cozy, it's part of the charm (and reality) of staying in the woods. If you're uncomfortable with the possibility of seeing a bug or two, this may not be the right fit. No refunds provided.

Mowing in summer- There is a mowing service throughout the summer, there is always a chance they will show up during your stay, and their services can take up to one hour.

Snow plowing- There is snow plowing service throughout the winter there is always a chance they will show up during your stay and the services can take up to one hour.

The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. Children must be monitored.

The garage is not for guest use. 2 closets in the basement are private and not for guest use. The green gas stove in the loft area is not for guest use.

DEPARTURE: Check out before 11:00 am. Remove all trash and recyclables and place them in the correct bins outside.
If your departure is Sunday-pls place bins at the end of driveway by the road for Monday garbage pick up.
Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. THANK YOU!

The house was well stocked, clean and roomy. We enjoyed our stay and made use of the many games/yard games provided. My only complaint would be that we found it to be farther from Wisconsin Dells than the 30 minutes shown on the listing (closer to 45 minutes). Definitely recommend this property!!

Great place to relax as a family. The cabin was beautiful and clean. Had lots of fun with the kids in the basement and watched deer in the backyard. Only minutes away from a great state park! Everything we needed was included and owners communication was perfect! Thanks for a great stay!

This place was great! It was super clean and the amenities offered are wonderful. They supply the cooking spices, coffee/tea, it has a fully stocked kitchen.for cooking meals, and absolutely everything you would need to go to the beach! The deck area and bonfire pit area were wonderful. The one downfall is that the beach in friendship was not great, and the other beach is about 15 minutes away.

Summer Stay

Once again, we really enjoyed this property. We made good use of the well-equipped kitchen, the TV streaming and comfy blankets on the colder days, the beach stuff on the warm days, and we played with the outdoor/indoor games. The grilling area and porch/deck are furnished and lit nicely. Had a bit of trouble with the air conditioning turning on, on the cooler days but the owner responded and adjusted the temperature.

Quiet Getaway

This log cabin is beautiful inside and out. Very cozy and clean with so many nice touches. Beautifully decorated. Perfect for those who plan to eat in as the kitchen offers everything you need to prepare and serve meals. The yard is huge and we enjoyed the fire pit, grill, and yard toys. We felt at home from the moment we walked into the cabin. Little extras like a blanket on an outdoor swing made this rental outstanding.

Everything we needed!

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures - cozy, comfortable, and incredibly clean! The place is set in the middle of a large field, so it's pretty quiet and remote (thus allowing the kids to run around outside without disturbing neighbors). Dororta was a fabulous host - very responsive, and gave great tips on local restaurants (we tried the recommended bbq place - yum! We got take-out, which we enjoyed on the big wrap-around porch), as well as some fun events in the region. We were here mainly for wisconsin dells - and while it's a 40m drive, it's an easy commute. The space was perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids - both adult couples got a private room and the kiddos enjoyed the "attic" spot (the oldest ended up sleeping on the couch in the main room and it was comfortable for him). The place is well-kept, tidy, and taken care of. The rooms were really comfortable and everything was easy to find. Even the outlets are labeled (very convenient & thoughtful). We enjoyed a fire & marshmallows one night (thank you for even providing the forks for the marshmallows!) There is a Kwik Trip nearby for basic needs. Overall a great spot. We will consider staying here in the future as it's a convenient spot overall for the families. Highly recommend!

Lazy cabin is amazing!

This cabin was as advertised and more. It is a beautiful and very comfortable place. It’s location was perfect for us (very close to family). We had plenty of space, check in was easy and furnishings were very nice. We enjoyed the attention to detail such as the coffee, syrups and teas. It was stocked with everything we needed and then some. We would very much like to return again.

Wonderful place for our Labor Day weekend trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It is beautifully kept. Extremely clean, beds are comfortable. Has so many amenities. All the pans, towels, kitchen appliances that you could possibly need. Even had coffee and coffee syrups right on the counter for us to use. We took advantage of the outdoor grill and fire pit area and the bean bag games. Our grandsons loved the air hockey and connect four game in the basement. The host was very responsive from the booking all the way to checkout time. She gave some wonderful tips for the area! We can’t wait to come back! Thank you!
