Nestled on over 400 private acres in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, Hellbender Hill a private gated property is a rare secluded sanctuary just 18 miles (under 35 minutes) from Dollywood and about 25 miles from Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Hellbender Hill actually connects to the Smoky Mountain Nation Park. This is not a typical cabin rental. It’s a true mountain escape with a full clubhouse, a private stocked trout pond, marked hiking trails, abundant wildlife, and the flexibility to sleep anywhere from a small group to 28 guests by adding extra cabins. The Clubhouse – Your Gathering Place The clubhouse is the heart of the property and is included with every stay:
Heated indoor saltwater pool — perfect year-round Theater room with seating for 8, air hockey, arcade game, and billiards table Large dining hall that seats 28 + fully equipped commercial-style kitchen Outdoor grilling area with grill/smoker, griddle, and seating (accessed through French doors)
Grand Cabin (Primary Accommodation) The 2,000 sq ft Grand Cabin sleeps up to 10–12 and features:
Four bedrooms with memory-foam king beds, smart TVs, and remote ceiling fans Three modern bathrooms Gourmet kitchen with dual-fuel extra-large stove, convection oven, and reverse-osmosis filtered water Living room with gas fireplace, seating for 9–11, and 65” smart TV Stunning 8’ live-edge resin-poured dining table for 10 + 4 bar stools at the island
Expandable for Larger Groups Need more space? We offer 1–3 additional private ~500 sq ft cabins (each sleeping up to 6) that can be added for an extra fee. This allows groups of up to 28 guests to stay comfortably across the property while still sharing the clubhouse, pool, theater, dining hall, and outdoor spaces. Perfect for family reunions, multi-family trips, or large friend groups. On the Property
Stocked trout pond (fish food provided) just steps from the front deck 6-person hot tub Outdoor wood-burning firepit area that seats 15 — ideal for evening gatherings under the stars Marked hiking trails across 400 acres with frequent wildlife sightings (bears, foxes, bald eagles, and more) Extremely private location at the end of a 1-mile public/private gravel road (scenic creek and neighbor art displays along the drive).
