Fabulous place. Wonderful time for our sisters’ celebration. Surprisingly quiet, given the beach location in summertime. Well thought out, air conditioning, a plus. Though we did not need it. We had a wonderful stay at the Coastal Cottage. The location was perfect, not in the overly crowded area near the pier, but still close enough to walk there. Plus, the beach is literally just steps away. We'll definitely be coming back in the future!

Perfect spot for a ladies weekend

Really nice place to stay. One block off of the beach. Great patio, availability of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and awesome patio. Little funky layout in the living room, but not a huge issue. The AC doesn't cool down, never got below 71 degrees and it was warm outside. All in all, terrific value, excellent host, and the weather was fantastic! Will definitely come back :)

Annual Autumn Beach Getaway

This is the nicest property we have rented in Newport Beach in all the years we have done this annual vacation to visit my aunt. The beach is so close that my aunt could walk to it easily. Rich is so funny and nice when you get the.checkin tour. Everything is explained in detail. Wonderful vacation place.
