The Space:

Flanked by popular 34th and 35th Streets, you’ll be within close proximity and easy access to grocery, restaurants, shops and excursions, many of which within convenient walking distance of your front door. Stroll down to the iconic Newport Beach Pier and Boardwalk to snap a few pictures of the vibrant sunset, retiring back to the home to grill up a delicious barbeque feast on the grill and dine al fresco at the outdoor table with umbrella.



Indoors, serene coastal-inspired spaces envelop you in comfort and style, creating the ideal space for relaxation and rejuvenation between sun-soaked adventures. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Primary renter must be 25 or older and present at the property throughout the reservation

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Designated tandem parking is available for 2 cars in a shared 4-car garage (midsize/minivans only; no oversized SUVs). Garage dimensions: 80" H x double wide. Additional neighborhood street parking is available (both metered and unmetered).

• This is a lower floor unit. The upper floor unit is a separate property.
