Relax in this charming coastal home. Ocean side of PCH, this elegant 3 bedroom 3 bath + office with beds, 2000+ square foot home in Corona del Mar village is a few short blocks to the beach via the iconic Goldenrod foot bridge. This beautiful corner home has an outside gas fireplace on a lovely, large patio, a perfect spot to connect over a glass of wine. If you want privacy, there is a second private patio off of the kitchen for quiet dining for eight. Along with the cozy outdoor fireplace, there are three indoor fireplaces. The kitchen boasts a large island, two sinks, a separate instant hot/cold filtered water faucet (great for an instant cup of tea or glass of water),high end appliances including a Viking 6 burner stove, Viking double oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer, warming drawer and wine refrigerator. Stools cozy up to the kitchen counter, and there is a beautiful table that can seat 8 in leather chairs. The living room, family room/kitchen and master bedroom all have large flat screen televisions.
The large master suite bedroom is romance itself. Along with a fireplace, Juliet balcony and beautiful decor, it has an Aireloom mattress on an Italian king-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, flat screen tv, and a large walk-in`closet. The bright master bathroom has two sinks, a Jacuzzi tub and travertine shower. The second bedroom has queen-sized bed, and the third has a single bed with a trundle bed underneath. Both secondary upstairs bedrooms open up to a balcony, which overlooks the outdoor dining patio. An adjacent bathroom has travertine counter tops and a travertine tub/shower. The main floor office, a perfect spot to get some work done while taking advantage of the high speed WIFI, has a printer for your use and two twin beds, There is a half bathroom on the main floor.
The front terrace has a fireplace surrounded by four Adirondack chairs and a romantic fountain. The patio off of the kitchen has a Weber BBQ and an outdoor table and chairs for eight. Both are private and gated.
Amenities: Heating and air conditioning, parking, high speed wireless internet, Apple TV, DVD player, washer and dryer, Keurig, Nespresso.
Two beach cruiser bicycles and a women's ten speed are available for your use, including bike helmets and a bike lock. Beach amenities include surf boards, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and a cooler. . We have a pack n' play and a booster seat. The house is equipped with security cameras in the front and rear courtyards as well as noise monitors. Unfortunately, due to a family member's severe pet allergies, we cannot allow animals at the home.
Our cleaning is meticulous, Check in is non-contact.
