Watch the sunrise on your private lanai to the East and beautiful sunsets from your spacious roof top deck and living room to the West. Location is amazing with short 5 minute rides to Ft Myers beaches and Sanibel Island. Condo includes it's own private pool and the beach is right outside the building! Sanibel island, it's beaches, biking trails and dining options are a short drive across the bridge. Whether you are looking for a romantic escape, a business stay, or lavish vacation, this penthouse will exceed your expectations.
