Apartment Schwarzwaldrauschen

In the enchanting Black Forest, far away from the daily hectic pace is our pretty apartment in the last house of a cul-de-sac at the foot of the Adlerschanze. Hiking trails pass right by the front door and you also have direct access to the ski slopes.

In summer you can go hiking, miniature golf, golf and tennis, cycling, mountain biking, swimming u. V. M. In winter you will find the perfect setting for skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, winter hiking and other winter sports.

The center with shops, restaurants, indoor pool, butcher, bakery, hairdresser, bank, etc. is within walking distance in about 5 minutes.

Our lovingly newly furnished apartment with balcony is equipped with many amenities. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and all usual electrical appliances. All sorts of kitchen utensils as well as dishes and glasses are sufficiently available.

The small separate bedroom is filled by a new, 160x200 cm boxspring bed. The rental price does not include bed linen, towels, bath towels and tea towels, but this linen package is available for an additional charge of 10 € per person, payable locally.

In the living room is a cozy sofa set with dining table. A large satellite flat screen TV and a small hi-fi system complete the decor. Free Wi-Fi is of course. There are also a few books and board games. Information material about the leisure activities, brochures, maps are available in the apartment.

The house has a laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and drying rack. You will receive tokens for the washing machine from us. Ironing board, iron and cleaning utensils are also included.

It is a Non smoking apartment, but on the balcony you have the opportunity to smoke. Balcony furniture, awning and an electric grill are also available.

Your car is parked in the in-house underground car park, so come dry foot through the stairwell in your holiday home.
