Arroyo Manor is a newly remodeled, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. It is located in a safe and convenient neighborhood that is less than a mile from Costco, Target, and In & Out. It is also a few minutes from Interstate 5 and Highway 44. There is a spacious kitchen and dining room with lots of counter space to accommodate food, family, fun, and friends! Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the furniture. Fully enclosed back yard.

Love Visiting Redding; This is a Great Place to Stay

Arroyo Manor is in a great location for ALL things Redding and the North State Area! Close to restaurants & shopping in town AND centrally located to the various outdoor activities of the area. Arroyo Manor is very nice, well kept & in a great quiet neighborhood. Clean and just as shown in the listing. Great place to stay!!

The house was in great condition and the perfect location—conveniently close to Bethel and very well maintained. Our hostess was gracious and flexible, and we truly appreciated her willingness to help and how easy she was to contact. The only minor things we noticed were a few burnt-out lightbulbs in the bathroom and a strong smell of bleach when we first arrived—but honestly, that just reassured us that the house was thoroughly cleaned and well cared for. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Quiet Retreat

This home is charming, clean, quiet and has the sweetest backyard to retreat in. Garden is established and the song birds use it. Not to mention a wonderful host!

Wonderful House

Although we had some issues, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here and plan on staying here in the future. The beds were comfortable and the family area was perfect for our trip. The neighborhood is nice and quiet (except for the dog next door they barked at various times) and is close to restaurants and stores.

The property was very comfortable had it been in the spring. I imagine the backyard would be gorgeous but it was winter so it was what it was. All the beds were comfortable and the place exceeded our needs while we stayed there

The house is nice and clean and in a good neighborhood, most of all it’s so close to the stores like Costco , winco , and some restaurants . So close also to the sundial bridge and turtle bay museum and even close to win river casino too, so my whole family which ranges from seniors to my 9 yr old nephew all had a good time ! The house itself is nice and roomy , with almost all the things we needed are available. And Tiffany the owner is easy to talk to. I definitely recommend this house. Thank you Tiffany!

The house was beautiful and Tiffany is the most generous host!!! We LOVED our stay and would recommend this safe haven to anyone visiting Redding!!! The location is stellar too!! Everything is new, wonderful appliances and kitchen equipment. Lovely bedding and towels.

Nice Quiet location. Home is very well maintained. Nice backyard. Just some small things that needs to be taken care: Fridge wasn’t cleaned, Outside patio furniture wasn’t cleaned. Master bedroom and second bedroom both has remote control for light and fan and problem is remote control effects both rooms at a same time.

Seemed like a recent remodel, upgrade. Kitchen was super nice, new appliances, countertops Bathrooms had new tile floors, vanities and countertops main king bed was pull you in cozy. Best stay in Redding, CA!

We LOVED staying at Arroyo Manor. Clean, well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, secure backyard and all the comforts of home. The host was immensely accommodating and even brought us a cookie sheet when we didn’t locate one on site - thank you, Tiffany! Already planning our visit up to Redding for next year and plan to stay here again. Our daughtee loved the bunk bed, my aging Mom loved that it is single-story and accessible. My spouse loved the in-suite bathroom attached to the master bedroom. My favorite part was the extra fluffy blankets for snuggling during movie night.

Nice place! Was as described. Mostly clean but had some areas where things are definitely not being regularly cleaned. Ie. Under couch (taller couch so dust is visible if sitting on the floor)Lots of dead spiders/cockroaches in garage-which I understand is a regular outdoor redding bug so wasn't too worried about it besides possibly the chemicals used outside/in garage for pest control as we have a toddler. Unfortunately was a dead cockroach under kitchen sink as well. Besides this everything else was GREAT. Really nice place, neighborhood and would definitely stay again!

Great neighborhood

We stayed here for a local soccer tournament. The location was great and a short drive to the field. The house was decorated nicely and the beds were comfortable. There was no additional towels or washclothes in the bathrooms so we were stuck with the two towels in each bathroom for the weekend. Towels were dingy and need to be replaced.There was no check out information in the house or online and every VRBO we stay at is different so wasn't sure what to do. So we left the house neat and tidy and linens on the bed still. The backyard was very underwhelming for a pet friendly house. There was no grass and a small maze of bushes in the yard. The neighbors also have dogs so unless you want to listen to them bark we had to time our dogs outings around there's. Overall it was a nice rental but nothing special.

Good for family with a child and dog

My family booked this place to visit the Lassen National Park. The house is pretty centrally located and about 40-50 minutes away from Mt. Lassen - we didn't mind this because it was scenic. When we first arrived, we found the place not tidy, so we contacted Tiffany and she immediately replied and investigated what was happening. All turned out well as Tiffany apologized and refunded our cleaning fees. One thing that I should mention about the place is that some of their bath towels are very dirty with brown stains on them, made me regret for not bringing my own bath towel. They also do not have dish soap available for guests by the kitchen sink, so all dirty dishes have to be put in the dish washer. All in all, my family and I had a good time staying at this place, even though we had to hunker down as the fire caused by an arsonist was raging and disrupted our travel plans.

BOOK IT

The house was in the perfect spot in Redding. It is close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. The beds were incredibly comfortable and their are extra blankets, pillows, towels, and linens to make yourself even more comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, and I loved the Keurig coffee machine and all the pods that the host left for me. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood dogs were friendly, it made it nice to walk my dogs. My dogs loved romping on the pretty green grass in the fully fenced backyard. Tiffany was helpful and answered my texts quickly. You will enjoy the Arroyo Manor home as much as I did. Book it!

Comfortable home

My husband and I stayed here wit my 82 year old mom. We came here from AZ to visit family we had not seen in many years. House was very nice. Everything is new. Beds were very comfortable and great pillows. Kitchen had about everything you could need. Nice big fridge and a nice Keurig Coffee pot with lots of coffee pods. Back patio with grill ,table and chairs. Family was able to stop by and visit. I would totally recommend this house. It also had ceiling fans to help keep us cool.
