Little Beach House w/ POOLandSPA - Vanderbilt Beach

Lovely Naples POOL and SPA home close to Vanderbilt Beach. The pool is salt water and heated.

Pristine 2 bed, 1 bath with large screened-in front porch. New furnishings, decor, and stainless steel appliances.

King bed in MB, queen bed in GB, and a queen sleeper sofa in LR. 4 chairs dining table plus 2 extra folding chairs for extra guests and 2 bar stools. 3 TVs: 1 basic cable, 1 Roku, and 1 Amazon Fire.

Complimentary beach gear and towels.

The fenced-in backyard is pet friendly.





- CHECK-IN after 3:00 pm, CHECK-OUT 10:00 am, unless expressly agreed otherwise prior to arrival.

- TRASH/RECYCLING: If you are staying during trash pickup days, please place the bins by the street for pickup:

FRIDAY: both recycling and regular bins.
TUESDAY: regular trash bin only.

- UMBRELLAS: Please close umbrellas when not in use. Umbrellas that are left open can be, or, cause damage with the wind.

- BEACH EQUIPMENT: Please shake off the sand and rinse if needed prior to returning to the storage space after use.

- LIGHTS: Please turn off all lights when you are not in the house.

- A/C: The temperature can be set as low as 72 degrees. If the temperature goes below 72, the units can freeze, and you may be without A/C until it can be repaired. To avoid this, kindly keep all sliders and windows closed while running the A/C.

- CEILING FANS: Please leave all the ceiling fans running at all times if possible.

- DRYER: Please remember to clean the dryer lint vent after use.

- DISHWASHER: Please load and run the dishwasher upon check out.

- GARBAGE DISPOSAL: Please do not run anything that can potentially clog the garbage disposal.

- POOL: Although this is a pet-friendly home, dogs are not allowed in the pool as pet hair can clog the pool filter.

- SPA: Please turn the spa off when not in use, and do not use the edge of the spa to jump into the pool. Please return the pool/spa controller to the kitchen bar counter.

- MAINTENANCE: The pool is serviced weekly by the maintenance company every Monday. Landscapers are also on the premises every Thursday.

Pet friendly was great. Stores galore. Few blocks to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Pool was excellent. We loved the stay. Highly recommend.

Bugs bugs bugs

The property was covered in German cockroaches. They were especially prevalent in the kitchen on the countertops which is disgusting. I attempted to contact the manager and they sent out an exterminator but offered us no other accommodations. When I told them that the problem persisted they acted as if there was nothing they could do about the infestation and then ceased contact with no resolution. I’m extremely disgusted and disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations, and we absolutely understand how unsettling it can be to encounter bugs during a stay. Please know that our property is professionally treated every 60 days, and it was most recently serviced just prior to your arrival. Out of respect for your concerns, we also arranged for an additional treatment immediately after you reached out. We acted quickly and did everything we could to ensure your comfort. We did ask for photos to better understand the situation and appreciate the two you sent. From what we received, it appeared to be a couple of isolated instances, which is unfortunately not uncommon in Florida’s tropical climate, especially during warmer weather. We had actually planned to offer a small courtesy discount as a gesture of goodwill, but unfortunately, the review was posted before we had the chance to share that with you. We’re always striving to provide a great guest experience and appreciate the opportunity to learn and grow from each stay. Wishing you all the best in your future travels.
