Love this place - Andy and Sam are amazing hosts!! Very comfortable accommodations, loved sitting outside on the porch. I had everything I needed in the kitchen area, plus extra blankets, towels, etc. Great neighborhood which lended beautifully to comfortable walks in the early evenings. Close locations to stores and restaurants. I really loved staying here!!

For me this was the perfect sized studio for my stay. Has everything you need— travel toiletries, iron, beach gear, kitchen equipment, etc. The shower is muy bien, may be my favorite feature of the stay. Host(s) super chill and friendly too.

I had a great 6‑week stay at this cozy casita in a quiet, pleasant Miami Shores neighborhood. The space was clean on arrival, with a well‑stocked kitchenette, a good fridge, stable Wi‑Fi, and a comfortable trundle bed where I slept well every night. The couch was comfortable enough, and while there’s no desk, I made a workable setup with my luggage and still found it a relaxing place to unwind after the day. The AC kept the room cool, the hot shower had excellent pressure with a nice massage head, and the private entrance made coming and going easy. A Publix supermaket, Walgreens pharmacy, and other shops were just a quick drive away.The hosts were consistently responsive without being intrusive. Overall, it was great value for money and a very comfortable long stay/I’d happily return.

For all future prospective guests, please take a look at the pictures of the unit, not just the price, before booking. This person obviously did not see in the photos that there are 2 twin beds and a small couch. It is very important to choose the proper place that suits one’s needs. So take a look at all the photos & If full sized or larger is required, book accordingly. It is unfair to give low stars for choosing a place that doesn’t suit one’s needs. We offer very comfortable, plush mattresses and a comfy small couch inside this unit.

Great for a little getaway

Not only was the unit exactly as pictured and described in the write up, but I was very impressed with all of the amenities that were included. I lacked for nothing relative to kitchen, utensils, bathroom, supplies, hair, dryer, etc.
