Luxurious and beautifully situated, the apartment is located on the
Avenue Kathrine Mansfield in the Belle Èpoque "Villa Louise".
A statement for all Côte d'Azur lovers.

The "Villa Louise" is located on a quiet little street, on a fenced private property with private communal pool and parking.
The property is just a few minutes walk (5-10 minutes) from the beach, restaurants, shops and train station.

The duplex apartment is located in the 1st. Floor, accessible via the high-ceilinged porch with a lift.
In the lounge there is the kitchen, the dining area and the living room with sofa bed, connected to the living and dining area is a small balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the Maritime Alps and the old town of Menton.

Via a spiral staircase you reach the bedroom, equipped with a French double bed and view of the starry sky above Menton. Also located next to the bedroom, a walk-in small wardrobe and the bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a shower, a toilet and a bidet.
In the entrance area of the apartment there is a guest toilet with sink.
The living and sleeping rooms are not separated by a door.

The kitchen is perfectly equipped, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and a ceramic hob with 4 plates.
Entertainment is provided by a TV with internet connection and radio. So you can reach your usual programs from home. Likewise a WIFI / WLAN connection is available.

All linens, bathroom towels and kitchen towels are provided.
Bring beach towels and everything you need for your beach day.

The community pool is located in the beautiful garden area of the "Villa Louise".
By the pool you will find sun loungers and parasols, which are available to the general public. On the rules for the use of the pool and the Garten.- and Hausanlage is always pay attention. You are responsible for accidents and rule violations. Only in this way does the community work.

The perfect location and connection to the public transport (ZUG u. BUS), allows you to leave your car.

A Wonderful Fortnight

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Highlights included the lovely views, the range of high quality kitchen equipment and the extremely comfortable bed! Wonderful holiday in a beautiful apartment

Verena and Robert's apartment is great. Nicely located in a beautiful villa, with everything you need. Lovely swimming pool to cool off and relax. Nice view over Menton, close to beautiful cities and Menton is also beautiful. The communication with Verena went very well and the key transfer was also very well arranged by Adlene. In short, this apartment is highly recommended by us and we hope to come back here again.

Great stay

I really appreciated the apartment. The view is magnificent. Having a private parking lot in Menton is great! The city center is a good 20 min walk off, so be ready to walk a bit. This is a duplex, so the noise in the living room is loud for the kids sleeping upstairs, as there are no doors or physical separation. The sofa bed is uncomfortable, so we took turns who slept upstairs, who slept in the living room. Else, all great!

Le logement est superbe dans une magnifique villa de la Belle Époque. Les prestations sont au top. Tout est fonctionnel dans un décor fait avec beaucoup de goût. Bien situé. Magnifique vue sur la vieille ville de Menton et sur la mer. La villa Louise est superbe, le jardin très bien entretenu. La piscine est appréciable. L’appartement est fonctionnel, bien entretenu et la décoration soignée dans le style de la villa. Tout y était comme à la maison avec de la jolie vaisselle en quantité appropriée, des poêles et casseroles neuves ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas dans une location saisonnière.L’appartement était ultra propre à notre arrivée. Le Monsieur qui nous a accueillis est charmant et bienveillant. Que dire de plus, nous avons beaucoup aimé et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Schöne Tage an der Cote Azur

Wir waren wie schon die letzten Jahre sehr zufrieden und haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und liegt in einem recht ruhigen und sehr grünen Bereich von Menton. Das Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Zum nächsten Strand sind es ca. 1km, man kann aber auch im hauseigenen Pool für Abkühlung sorgen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Menton und dieser tollen Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, man merkt, dass der Inhaber die Wohnung für sich gekauft und eingerichtet hat. Es ist alles an Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer herrlichen alten Villa, der Pool ist auch sehr schön. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer und vor allem auf Menton sind wundervoll. Die Innenstadt ist gemütlich zu Fuß in 15 bis 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Trotz des nahen Bahnhofs ist es sehr ruhig. Wir buchen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir in Menton Urlaub machen.

Liebe Familie Muschel, danke das wir bei Ihnen zu Gast sein durften ! Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Menton sehr genossen. In der Beschreibung zur Wohnung ist alles gesagt und das stimmt auch alles so. Durch die zentrale Lage ist das Auto in den 14 Tagen nur einmal bewegt worden, die Ausflüge haben wir entspannt mit dem Zug erledigt.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit bezauberndem Ausblick

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man gut kochen konnte und alles da war. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist umwerfend, der Pool groß genug zum schwimmen und der Bahnhof direkt um die Ecke, sodass man sehr bequem mit dem Zug in die nahe liegenden italienischen uns französischen Orte fahren kann. Es ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell in der schönen Altstadt von Menton und kann auch in der Nähe in verschiedenen Supermärkten einkaufen. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Genussreiche Tage in Menton

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar. Die Villa liegt gut, ruhig, der Blick auf das Meer oder die mediterrane Pflanzenwelt ist schön und erholsam. Der kleine Balkon ist völlig ausreichend, um darauf zu speisen. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, die Sauberkeit ist beeindruckend und sehr angenehm und die Maisonette Form der Wohnung gibt ihr eine zusätzliche Großzügigkeit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank auch für die nette und zuverlässige Kommunikation !
