Stay active in our gym, grill out with family, or cast a line from the docks. All are located in a peaceful, gated community just minutes from the charming waterfronts of Beaufort & Morehead City.

This 3-bedroom and 2-bath, beautifully decorated condo on the 4th floor is in the gated community of Olde Towne Yacht Club and Marina and is on Radio Island. Within a few minutes' drive to Beaufort Waterfront, Morehead City Waterfront, and Atlantic Beach.

-Master Bedroom has a King bed, a smart TV w/Spectrum cable box, a private full bath, and direct access to the large balcony.

-The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed, a smart Roku TV w/Spectrum app, and direct access to the shared bath.

-The 3rd Bedroom has 2 Twin Bunk beds, a smart Roku TV w/Spectrum app, an Arcade game, and hallway access to the shared bath.

The condo features water views from the master bedroom, living room, and dining areas, with a large balcony the width of the condo. The community features a full-service marina, outdoor pool with jacuzzi, workout room, multiple gas grills, outdoor dining areas, docks for great fishing, community room, and private gate access to Radio Island Beach.

In our kitchen, we are well-stocked for cooking or baking. We have a wine refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, and much more. We also provide basic coffee with cream and sugar, as well as hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, pods for the dishwasher, and paper towels.

In our Bedrooms, we provide all bed linens, pillows, and extra blankets. Each bedroom has a smart TV where you can access Spectrum for basic cable or log in to your own streaming apps.

In our bathrooms, we provide towels, beach/pool towels, complimentary travel-size toiletries, hand soap, a hair dryer, and paper products.

We have a washer-dryer combination; we provide washer pods and dryer sheets.

Beaufort hosts wonderful locally-owned restaurants and unique shops, along with many historic sites. You can visit the Maritime Museum or take a ferry boat for charter boat trip to Rachel Carson Reserve, Shackleford Banks, and Cape Lookout Lighthouse.

Morehead City is just over the bridge with many dining and shopping options for everyone's taste. If fishing is on your agenda, there are many charters to choose from.

Atlantic Beach, Fort Macon, and Pine Knoll Shores for the North Carolina Aquarium are just a short drive over the bridge.

Boat slips are available to rent separately from our on-site Marina office and Dock Master. We are the closest point to the Beaufort Inlet for all water activities.

There is a Security Camera on the balcony facing the docks to monitor the weather. They are turned off and taped over during guest stays—additional Security Cameras are outside and inside common areas of the entire property. Security Cameras are operated and controlled by the HOA/DOA/Management Company.

House Rules:
**To ensure everyone's comfort and enjoyment, please review the following agreed-upon rules**

• Names of all guests staying at the condo must be provided after booking confirmation
• Respect our home as you would your own
• Maximum occupancy: 9
• No parties, events, gatherings, or additional guests
• No smoking, vaping, or open flames
• No pets — NO exceptions (per HOA rules; renter will be fined)
• No slime, Play-Doh, glue, paint, glitter, confetti, dye, or similar materials
• Pool key fob must be returned — $50 fee for lost or missing fobs
• Quiet hours: 11 PM weeknights / 12 AM weekends
• No filming with the intent to distribute
• No commercial business activities
• No illegal substances or illegal activities in the condo or on OTYC property
• No third-party bookings or subletting
• Report all damages or breakages immediately
